The next day,it was a nice morning.
Floofy gets on top of Melodie's chest and puts her paws on her face,telling Melodie to wake up.
Melodie slowly opened her eyes.
"Good morning,Floofy. How was your sleep?" . Her cat purrs while Melodie pats Floofy on her head.
She turned on her phone to see 3 missed calls and 15 messages from her best friend,Andy and Annie,the twins. 2 missed calls from Annie and 1 missed call from Andy.
7 texts are from Annie,7 texts are from Andy and 1 text is from Lucas.
She looks through the messages that Annie sent.
"I HEARD YOU ARE SICK, IS IT TRUE?!" "MEL ARE YOU READING THIS OR NOT" "MEEEEELLL I'M WORRIED ABOUT YOUUUUU" "please reply" "MELLLLL" "WHERE ARE YOUUUUU???" "if you read this, REPLY IMMEDIATELY!" The message that Annie sent.
She replied "gurl I just woke up and yes I'm sick".
She then looked at Andy's texts. It said "hey uh Mel, my sis said you were sick is that true?" "Bro you up or not it's 8:30 am" "you're usually up at 7 am" "r u ded" "u gud or nah" "Floofy is your owner dead or something" "help, my sis is nuts, she is too worried".
"Yeah I'm sick and I just told Annie so it's okay" Melodie replied.
She then got up from the couch and took bath.
"How relaxing is it in the morning and taking a nice warm bath in the bathtub?" She said to herself.
After taking a bath. She got in her room and picked the shirt she's going to wear. She found the perfect shirt and pants to wear. It was a yellow shirt and red pants. She then wears them and it looks very good on her.
She then opened her phone andlooked at Lucas's text.
"Good morning dear Melody,how was your sleep?" The text said.
She then replied "Good morning, Lucas and my sleep was really gud".
Lucas immediately replied in seconds. "Judging by how you're texting me rn,I think you do".
"Welp,I brb I wanna eat my breakfast first" Melodie said.
She was eating her breakfast like usual then she heard a knock on the door. She stood up and got to the door. She opened the door and then.
Annie and Andy are in front of her house.
Annie then jumped on top of Melodie and touched her forehead. "It's not really that hot so that means you have a cold or an injury right?" She said.
"Annie relax, you asked too many questions already" Andy said.
"It's okay and to answer your question Annie I just needed some rest because I was too stressed and I'm not sick".
Melodie then giggles and said "c'mon get inside".
They got inside of Melodie's house and started to chat for a while. They then played video games and board games together.
After a few hours she heard a knock again at the door. She sighs "Who else would come again on this day?". She then stood up and opened the door.
