chapter 12: punishment

It was afternoon already around 1:30PM. she was tied up because of the "punishment" that Lucas made and it was her fault too for leaving him. Melodie was also really hungry that she could hear her stomach growling. Before Lucas tied Melodie he already left a bell that she can push if she wants Lucas with her.

"I'm hungry but I'm also too scared if Lucas would do anything to me." She overthinks about the situation. But her stomach growls again.

"I really don't have a choice do I" she pushed the bell.

Lucas came running downstairs happily and hugged Melodie tightly. He kissed Melodie's cheek and nuzzles at her neck.

"Wait did this guy just forgot what happened?" Melodie thoughts said confused by the situation.

Lucas then get back to reality and stopped smiling. He stood up besides the bed that Melodie was sitting on top of.

"Sorry about that. Why did you call me here actually?" Lucas glared at her.

"Wait, huh? What the hell? He was just like a puppy about a minute ago, now he looks like a prefessor wanting to do tests on me" Melodie was really confused by Lucas at this point.

But what was actually in Lucas head was. "Why did I do that? I wanted to act like I'm mad at her because she left me but I just can't stand her cute face, she's just too precious but I have to keep acting"

"I'm... Hungry actually..." She whispered to Lucas. She was too scared to ask him politely nor normally.

"What do you want to drink?" He replied bristled. Melodie looked at his arm which the hair was straightened in madness. But he wasn't actually angry he was just scared if he was acting too angry at her.

"T-Tea would be n-nice" she stuttered.

He went back upstairs and prepared lunch for her. He made her favourite food which is spaghetti carbonara. He also made some tea but he wasn't sure whether she wanted it cold, warm or hot.

He went back to the basement and asked Melodie. "How do you want your tea?" But when he looked at Melodie she was asleep. He just assumed that she wanted it warm because he doesn't want to wake her up.

He went back to the kitchen and made the tea. When the spaghetti is done he takes two plates and puts the spaghetti on the plates. He also poured the tea and put all of them on a tray and brought it downstairs.

He cleaned the table and put everything in place. After doing all that he finally decided to wake Melodie up.

He was just about to wake her up but a thought came to his mind. "Wait, should I be sweet or angry at her for waking her up?" He took like two minutes to think about it.

"Being sweet to her is best since she's going to wake up from her sleep and she did sound scared when she wanted to ask for food to me" he made up his mind.

He patted her head and stroked her hair "Honeybun~ wake up it's lunch time" he said with a calm and comforting voice.

She woke up from her sleep and rubbed her eyes and that's when it hit Lucas. Her wrists are tied because of the "punishment" he made.

"Oh shit! I forgot I tied her wrists how am I supposed to eat with her at the table I just said I would feed her. Gaaaahhhhh why didn't I think about this??? Wait how about I just let it go for just this one time. Meh I don't think there's a problem" he overthink about it with a calm smile on his face.

Melodie looked at Lucas weirdly. "Bro why the fuck is he smiling like that for so long".

He got closer to Melodie and she flinched she thought he was going to hurt her but instead of hurting her he untied her wrists and ankles.

"Wait, what? Huh? Why is he untying me I thought he said he was going to feed me and not going to let me go. Wait I'm super confused???" By what she said you know she's confused as fuck.

Lucas picked her up and carried her to the dining table. She gasped and looked at Lucas's eyes and at that moment was when she realized she has butterflies in her stomach.

"Wait when did this man look so hot! I never realized his face was this cute! Wait he's your kidnapper Mel what are you even thinking! AAAAHHHHHH ABORT! ABORT! THIS GUY IS TOO CUTE!" she blushed and screamed of excitement by this (in her thoughts).

Lucas puts her down at her chair and sits on the opposite side of the table. His sweet smile seems to make her want to kiss him so bad.

"NO NO NO! IM CRAZY HE'S SO HIT TODAY AM I HAVING A FEVER?!" she blushed intensely.

"Honeybun, are you going to eat or not?" Melodie snapped back to reality when Lucas asked her that.

"Y-yes I'm f-fine" she stuttered couldn't hold in her smile.

They ate their lunch in silence which was a little awkward. She wanted to start a conversation but when she tried to make eye contact with Lucas she just couldn't stop blushing and smiling.

"Looks like someone's in a good mood. Did you have a good dream, Honeybun?" He asked curious why she's been smiling and blushing.

"Good dream my ass. It's you shithead you're too attractive all of a sudden and I don't even know why I'm blushing." Her thoughts were all over her head but she just replied with "yeah it was a really nice dream".

"Oh really? What was it about?" Lucas asked smiling.

"GYAH! WHAT DO I SAY NOW?!" thinking about what to answer him she said "Chocolate!".

"Chocolate? Why didn't you tell me you wanted chocolate, I would've bought it for you." He looks disappointed because he wanted her to be happy.

"I WANT YOU IDIOT NOT CHOCOLATE" she panicked but doesn't show it.
