Venti and Diluc are now dating for 1 months but haven't really told anyone yet.
„Hey Diluc. Don't you think it is time to tell the others about or relationship? At least the ones we are very close to?"
„I guess so?"
The both boys planned exactly how to tell everyone that they together and who they will tell. If they would tell the wrong person than it wouldn't go right. They decided to tell:
•Jean because they can trust her with that
•Barbara because of Barbatos
•Lisa because of Jean
•Amber because they are friends with her
•Morax(Zhongli) because Venti can trust him since they are both Archons
•Bennett and maybe Fischl because Diluc often cares for them
Those are the people that they want to tell that they are together.
For Kaeya and Aether/Lumine and Paimon they had a extra plan on how to tell or better, how to show them.
