10.Warring and a Trapdoor

(Hermione, Harry, and Ron are meeting in the common room)

"Are you 3 having a secret meeting!" Molly, McGonagall asked

"No" Ron, violet said
"Mabe" Hermione said

Hermione - You mean You-Know-Who's out there, right now, in the forest?

Harry - But he's weak. He's living off the unicorns. Don't you see? We had it wrong! Quirrell or snape—

Hermione - wait when did snape become a suspect?

Ron - Oh yeah she doesn't know

Harry - well around Christmas whenever I was in the library when you told me to go onto the for restricted section Isa professor quirrell and snape having an argument you can't really trust the quiet ones.

Hermione - oh I guess that makes sense

Harry - anyways doesn't want the Stone for them or himself; wants the Stone for Voldemort. With the Elixir of Life, Voldemort will be strong again. He'll... he'll come back. 

Ron - But, if he comes back, you don't think he'll try to... kill you, do you?

Harry - I think if he'd had the chance, he might've tried to kill me tonight

Ron - (gulps) And to think I've been worrying about my Potions final.

A few weakly chuckle at Ron, all still so nervous from what's happening.

Hermione - Hang on a minute. (Harry and Ron both glance at her) We're forgetting one thing. Who's the one wizard Voldemort always feared? Dumbledore. As long as Dumbledore's around, Harry, you're safe. As long as Dumbledore's around, you can't be touched. (gives her a reassuring smile; she nods)

(As the three of them decided it's getting late and head to bed but Harry couldn't stop thinking of what the centaur said to her.)

"I think that's what we all like to know"

(Later all the students are rushing out as they finish their exams.)

Hermione - I'd always heard Hogwart's end-of-year exams were frightful, but I've found they're rather enjoyable.

Ron - Speak for yourself. All right there, Harry? (As Harry walking next to him the as she rubbing her forehead right where the scar is.)

Harry - My scar. It keeps burning.

Hermione - It's happened before...

Harry - Not like this.

Ron - Perhaps you should see the nurse.

Harry - I think it's a warning. It means danger's coming. (A look of realization) Ah... Oh! Of course!

Everyone leans forward in curiosity,
"What?"

(Harry starts walking faster making Hermione and Ron speed up to catch her)

Hermione - What is it?

Harry - Don't you think it's a bit odd that what Hagrid wants more than anything is a dragon, and a stranger turns up who just happens to have one? I mean, how many people wander around with dragon eggs in their pocket? Why didn't we see it before?
