but maybe we weren't
supposed to be just friends
I taught myself to be alone
In myself I was confined
never did I think
you'd change my mind
I'd somehow convinced myself
"you don't need a boy"
but there you were and
there I was falling, oh boy.

Poetrythis is basically the life I wish I could have. I fall in love and it is great until something doesn't feel right. But I'll get over it. This whole thing is a collection of poems that go through stages of me falling for someone.
