Izuku was picking his outfit. The time was know 12:40.

Thats his outfit, he was sick so he had a jacket just incase.
Deku started watching his phone until 1:20 once it was 1:20 deku went in his car and drove to "twilight center". As he went in he saw kiri and denki smiling while waving joyfully.
