The Scene opens up in the ECL again, and WF Forces are taking Atlas, and every citizen is being Evacuated to US Bases located in Vale, Mistral, and Vacuo. Cinder, who managed to escape from the prison, wreaks Havoc and tries not let some of the civilians escape, Yang Opens fire with Ember Celica and when both gauntlets jam, she uses an ACR, Ruby and Penny fight her, but Penny is ordered by Ruby to get the civilians to the portal, but Recker notices that Cinder is just using her powers for defense, Recker uses the M203 on the AR-C and a 40MM Round is launched.
Recker: RUBY! COVER ME! RELOADING!
Ruby: ROGER!
She opens fire and Cinder is agitated by Ruby when she is still Firing. She almost kills Ruby as Lena comes with a Milkor 32 MGL, and she opens fire, distracting her. But when Recker sees that one of the civilians are acting suspicious, Recker Activates his Rage Semblance and the Civilian turns out to be Neo, and Recker takes the slash for her, and his Aura is broken, Lena sees her Dad about to fall, as Ruby's American friend is falling, same as Yang and Weiss, but Blake runs to him and tries using Gambol Shroud to catch him, but the ribbon was too short, and he falls, leaving what looks to be his Aura and his body is nowhere to be seen.
Blake: DANIEL!
Lena hopelessly only sees him fall, and she gets onto her knees and cries. First it was her brother, and now her Father, Ruby sees Neo and shoots her in the head with an M45A1, and it was too late for Neo to teleport, and she dies, and after he fell, Cinder taunts them.
Cinder: Your dumb marine friend was a fool, he was never a hero, he was only a killer.
Penny comes up using her powers and flies to Cinder, giving her a Right uppercut.
Penny: Oh yeah? He wasn't a killer, but a hero. AND AN OPERATOR! *Punches Cinder*
Penny looks real angry, since they would respect him as an Operator, but is a good friend and a great mentor to his everyone. Penny lands and holds an M9A3, and shoots Cinder in the head, therefore ending her.
