Slowly the morning sun's rays filled up the bedroom of Y/n L/n from the blinds and soft silver-gray curtains while birds sang on the ledge of her window sill as the young woman tried to sleep in just a bit more since it was so warm as she slept until she felt a certain someone was caressing her cheek.

Jack: "Rise and shine, sleepyhead~" He whispered in her ear only for Y/n to just snuggle up against his chest making his cheeks flush with a bright pink hue. "Come on... I know you don't got to go to work for four days, and you want to rest but could I at least get my jacket back?" He asked as that sentence alone made Y/n instantly wake up.

Y/n started to sit up only to feel something heavier than normal around her shoulders and on top of her (favorite animal) blanket throw on. She rubbed her eyes free of sleep while yawning softly before taking off the heavier item off of her shoulders to see it was indeed Jack's jacket.

Y/n: 'Wait, how'd his jacket get on me?' She thought before looking up only for her e/c eyes to widen a bit to see that Jack was looming over her and looking at me, adoringly as he let out a deep chuckle from his lips. 'Why is this making my heart flutter in my chest?' She thought while Jack leaned down to place a gentle kiss on her forehead.

Jack: He leaned back as he looked down at Y/n with half-lidded eyes, and sleep-tousled baby blue hair. "Hi there, sunshine~" He said softly while Y/n sat up completely to realize that she was in her bedroom on her bed. "You dozed off. So, Joseph figured he'd help you out a little. I-I hope that was okay... We both didn't want your back to hurt when you woke up. Couches aren't for sleeping, you know." He said while watching Y/n's s/c cheeks flush with color at what she was seeing.

Y/n: "Awe, thank you, Jack." She said before looking over up at him only for her face to feel hot, Jack was half naked, he was completely shirtless even though Joseph had just given her Jack's jacket last night. 'Holy moly! I knew Joseph and Jack are muscular but damn, his chest muscles look like they could cut diamonds~' She thought before shaking her head rapidly to clear her dirty thoughts.

Jack: "It's fine, Y/n plus you looked adorable when snuggling in my jacket that I couldn't bear to take it away from you." He said before seeing her blushing face. "You were so cute even when I tried to wake you up." He said with a soft smile and a pink hue appearing back on his face as he remembered feeling Y/n snuggling herself onto his chest.

Y/n: "Ah, geez." She said before quickly getting out of bed and then handing Jack back his jacket. "I'll be right back, I'm going to go take a shower before breakfast." She said while taking her (favorite animal) blanket throw off and folding it up to place onto her dresser top only for her eyes to trail down Jack's back from her mirror as he was pulling his shirt back onto his body and then putting his jacket back on.

Jack: "It's fine, I didn't mind, and enjoy your shower, sunshine." He said while he felt Y/n's eyes roaming his body which made him bite his lower lip unconsciously. "Breakfast will be ready once you're done, I promise~." He said before walking out of the bedroom and leaving Y/n alone.

Y/n: She exhales slowly while placing her over her heart then got undressed and put her robe on, before getting her jogging clothes ready on the bed for after her shower. She walked out of her bedroom to see Jack was making something different for breakfast: He was making sunny-side-up eggs, (favorite breakfast meat), and wheat toast. She quickly went into her bathroom and started up her shower while looking at herself in the mirror. 'Geez, why and how is he so perfect? He can cook, he listens to my problems, and cares about my emotions not thinking I'm being ridiculous... plus his looks and body are a bonus~' She thought before slapping herself on the cheek to properly think. 'Pull yourself together, Y/n. No dirty thoughts, no thinking how Joseph, Jack, or even Eclipse Jack can easily pick you up, or the cute face he makes when blushing, and his dreamy morning voice...' She thought before her eyes widened then she pulled her towel over her face to muffle a scream. 'I need to really get my head on straight, I don't need to be thinking these thoughts, and I just need to focus...' She thought before taking her shower finally to hopefully, finally to calm down and cool down.

Jack: A sly smirk forms on his face while he was hearing Y/n's thoughts and plating up her breakfast then getting a workout water bottle ready for her. 'Such cute yet naughty thoughts for you, Sunshine~' He thought before covering up Y/n's breakfast to keep it hot while he lightly put plant-based butter onto two pieces of wheat bread toast then set it aside onto a tinier plate with a glass of (water, tea, coffee, and or juice). 'One step at a time, and the closer we get... soon Y/n will be all mine, and no one will take her away from me~' He thought while his dark eyes flashed amber red for a moment while he turned on the radio before he began washing the dishes til a familiar song of Uptown Girl by Billy Joel played throughout the apartment. A smile formed on his face as he began dancing side to side to the music just as Y/n got out of her bathroom in her robe.

Y/n: "Jack what is...?" She was saying til seeing Jack dance around the kitchen to an old song on the radio which made her laugh softly as she quickly grabbed her cell phone and began filming Jack dancing about then began laughing happily thus getting his attention. "One second." She said while going back to her bedroom in her jogging clothes before setting her phone up to film on the screen as the song changed to Treat you better by Shawn Mendes. Y/n walked towards Jack and the two began dancing together slowly as her laughter filled the apartment before her phone rang out thus trying off the radio. "I'll be right back, Jack." She said with a smile before looking at the caller identification and seeing it was Shaun as her smile became brighter as she picked up. "Heya, Shaun! How's my little Moon Pie, kitty baby?" She asked while Jack hugged her close as she was talking, but what she didn't know was Jack was showing a reflection in a nearby window. "Yeah, you and little moon can stay over here in the guest bedroom. Oh, my landlady does not mind." She said while scratching Jack underneath his chin as he leaned down against her shoulder humming softly. "Okay, and maybe I can introduce you to my co-stars, and co-workers then we all can go out for drinks. Alright Bye-bye, you horror movie nerd, love ya too, and nuzzle moon for me." She said before hanging up then looked up at Jack smiling widely before squealing happily and then surprising him by grabbing his hands and walking into the kitchen.

Jack: "So was that the same, Shaun you told me about over the months?" He questioned testing his mind while Y/n nodded as she ate breakfast. "How do you know them?" He asked while he clutches his hands underneath the kitchen island to not show that he was a bit unhappy.

Y/n: "Oh, Shaun, he's my old college roommate and friend plus if it wasn't for him. Well, I would not be Sunny Day Jamie. He's a horror movie director and actor." She said while Jack gave her an awestruck look while she finished up her breakfast and put her dishes in the sink. "Shaun helped me move his stuff out of the apartment, he comforted me when I was in a really bad place before you came into my life." She said while washing her dishes as Jack walked over to help her dry the dishes off and put them away. "Shaun isn't going to replace you, Jack, or even you Joseph okay." She said before hugging him tightly as he hugged her back then they two headed off for her routine fifteen miles jog.
