Sleep over ( part 1)

(Y/n's p.o.v)
"Hmm... maybe I am that desperate" I speak finally allowing everything to sink in. Though it seems the universe isn't on my side cause just as I say that there's a half naked man leaning from behind the door.   

    " Desperate?? Does this mean I have to charge you now?" He says voice as low and raspy as when I first heard it.
  "No absolutely not. That's not what I meant!" I reply hoping he truly didn't get the wrong message. Cause yeah I definitely understand how it can be taken in the wrong way but I swear it was nothing like that.
" Slow down I can pretty much hear your thoughts. I was just joking though I am curious... desperate you said?" He abruptly cuts out my rant or inner monologue however you wanna put it.
" Yes. Desperate, I mean who in their right mind invites a stranger over for a sleep over ?? Plus I'm doing this cause I need something to distract me from the bullshit I've dealt with today." I explain hoping that would satisfy his curiosity.
" Ohh so I get to play support system today! Can't say I've done that before" he exclaims before reaching his hand out. In a brief moment of confusion I pause. What's his hand out for ??
" Oh shit my bad" I respond handing the towel to him before moving to leave and head to my room to change before heading to the living room and sitting down leaving him to get dressed.
" So... how are we gonna do this?" I hear from in-front of me looking up only to be greeted by him...well toji towering over me smirking.  "Well we could do it the mean girls way talk shit, paint each other's nails, and gossip orrr we can do it the elementary way. Sneak snacks, stay up late watching movies, prank call someone, and yk stuff of that nature" I say trying to relax and accept that tonight is happening. But before I can finish thinking he speaks.
" why not both you clearly need to talk shit and I'm down for sneaking snacks and watching movies. Maybe you can paint my nails too " he says smile evident in his tone as he sits next to me. Well since that's decided I get up and head to the kitchen extremely aware of the tall man following behind me. Though after we get in the kitchen and I search through my cabinets it's made aware that I'm out of snacks.

" well fuck " I speak turning to him to see if he was on the same page as me. Spotting how confused he looked I quickly got up and walked over to where I left my phone earlier.
" It's 7 right now and I'm out of snacks. You cool with a quick trip to the store? Theres a convenience store down the street or shouldn't take to long." I exhale as I shift my head to look up at him waiting for a response.
I received a nod before heading to the door and grabbing a hoodie now awfully aware of the fact that I was only wearing a large shirt and shorts which couldn't really be seen. But that didn't matter we were just walking down the street. So I put on my hoodie which was a size to big then my shoes. Before grabbing my wallet out of the purse I left there earlier. I quickly turn around about to call out when I see Toji standing there shoes already on leaning against the wall.
" well let's go " I say opening the door and stepping out.  Just as a quick " right behind you" is heard from behind me followed by heavy footsteps"
After about two minutes we're at the store and I run to the candy aisle bouncing on the balls of my feet as I hear a chuckle behind me.
"Your just like a kid" I hear toji say voice clearly amused. " Hurry up and grab some stuff or I'm not buying you anything" I say laughing.
" You're paying for me too ?? Aww what a gentleman." He coos back at me. While a bit taken back at how natural it all was I respond none the less. " Only the best malady" I utter voice dropping into a more 'masculine' tone. Before we both bust out giggling. Awhile later we're out the store with probably way to many bags and on my couch sorting through movies.
" so any ideas of what we're gonna watch ?" I add to the sound of the remote clicking.
" not and idea...but if we're gonna gossip it could be anything for now." He comments before adding a very soft " you clearly need to talk about today" to the end of it. Now surprising feeling a bit more comfortable I choose a movie though I probably should talk about it..plus chances are I won't see him again afterwards anyways.
"Well..." I start wondering if this is a good idea after all but I clearly haven't had many of those today so who cares. " today was just a real shit show. I get taken on a date for the first time in forever and it's not even really a date" I state voice slightly shaky finally realizing I have to process today.
"Ouch, but I don't think that all so please don't stop now." He remarks seemingly intent on listening.
So I spill everything each and every awful fucking moment of today.
" Then I saw you and next thing Ik we're both standing in my home so..." tears threatening to fall just as I finish.
" wow.. What a dick. I mean I've done some fucked up shit but that's just insane." He says raspy voice sounding a tad bit more comforting than anything else. So I do the only thing I can and laugh as tears finally spill down my cheeks.
" definitely. I'm glad it's over but I'm mad I wasted my time on him you know??" I exclaim voice a little louder than it should be as we continue to laugh and chat.

(A little wild later)
Tojis p.o.v
We continue to chat for awhile and then the movie ends and now we're back to picking a movie to watch.
"It's 9 now " I hear her say as I stand up from the couch to stretch.
"  You wanna go to sleep now little lady?" I pick at her wondering how she'll respond this time.
" what happens to staying up all night?? Old man has a bed time now?" She jokes clearly holding back giggles as she does but then she stands up too. Moving the cushions of the couch before pulling it out revealing it's also a pull out bed. She then moves to her hallway closet grabbing a couple of blankets and pillows and pushing them into my arms.
" there that should be enough right ?" She ask as she moves back over to the couch and sits on its low stretched form.
And all I can think to reply is
" hmm I guess it is."

Hi guys it's your author and I'm back with another story time...jk jk but yes I've returned and special shout out to @mangareader5567 for reminding me to write a new chapter. Hope this didn't disappoint to bad but yeah I'm back although I don't know when the next update will be but I'll try to get it out soon and make it longer than my last couple of updates and I swear I won't fall off the face of the earth this time or atleast I hope I won't but have a nice day I hope you enjoyed 🫶
