Sunlight coming from the window kissed Reena's face as the curtains were flowing with the wind.

Her eyebrow frowned and then she groaned in frustration turning to the other side. After few minutes her beauty sleep broke and she blinked few times before opening her eyes.

She stretched out a little before her eyes fell onto the figure on the other side of her bed and her hand flew to her chest, as she literally jumped out of her skin.

"Rocky!" Reena yelled at him. But he just laughed throwing his head back.

Hearing his laugh, Reena's angry frown soothed down as she couldn't help but admire his features. He looked so adorable while laughing.

Whenever he laughs, she feels like- yeah he is the rocky she met in banglore.

Because since he had come here, in KGF and taken over this place, he changed alot. Or maybe he was like this from the start.

Rocky's laugh slowly died down, ending with small giggles as he greeted her, "Good morning, shona."

Reena smiled and greeted back, "Good morning."

Rocky walked towards other side of bed where reena was as she sat back, resting against headboard. The smile never leaving his lips as he tucked strand of her hair behind her ear, looking at her tenderly.

He couldn't describe the beauty she hold. She pulled of that 'just rolled out of bed' thing off. He felt like dragging his fingers through her soft curtains, to smooth the knots in them. Her lips just a little swollen, eyes looking doe. Oh god- he might eat her...

'Shut up, rocky!' He growled inside his head. And said, "Mujhe aaj jaldi jana hoga. Nasta kar lena. Hmm?"

(I have to go early today. You have your breakfast. Hmm?)

Reena nodded her head slightly. Rocky smiled and bent down to place a kiss on her forehead. And then left, leaving reena blushing like tomato.

But still, she felt a bit disappoint that she have to eat her breakfast alone. It's been a week they both have their breakfast, lunch, dinner together.

But today not.

Fine. She will take lunch for him, to mines just like yesterday. A small, shy smile formed on her lips as Reena bit her lip.

Whatever was happening between them felt silly, fragile and good.

She was wrong. Rocky wasn't pushing the people here to mining and treat them like his servants. He everyday go to mines himself and help the others in mining. He have lunch with them there.

He was handling everything well. Better than anyone.

Maybe he was born to be a Sultan.

Reena's hand went to the amulet around her neck. She didn't know about his past. How his parents was, how he was living in bombay or anything at all.

She remembered Kamal taunting him about surving by polishing boots on path. His life must be so hard...

Life without parents is worst.

But what made him turned into the monster he had become?

He was a criminal. Had kill people...but for some reason that didn't terrify Reena the way it should be. Because she knew how life could be and what it does with people.

She believed that there is a story behind every person. There's reason
why there are the way they are. They aren't just like that because they want to be.

Whatever happened in Rocky's life made him the way he was today. Maybe he wasn't given any other choice.

Or maybe he chose to become who he was today? A monster...
