After his grand defeat, his whereabouts are no longer known... what is Stacy going to do after finding the threat letter directed to our hero. A crisis is coming.

For the time being, Gwen pushed the last button up in the elevator of the hotel, to reach her boyfriend in the penthouse.

She entered the wide suite, met by the maids with solemn face, she didn't need any help through the place. She memorized the way to his room from the couple of times she had been there before.
She entered a big office room with a glamourous glass façade to the city. Showing the many dazzling lights of the city that never sleeps.

On his father's seat, Harry glimpsed her entrance in her casual clothes, he sighed while continuing to revise some papers in on that magnificent desk designed with antique decorations that full the room's flor up to the ceiling. Behind him a large portrait of his late father in a respectful extravagant suit, sitting in the same chair, Harry was sitting on now.

Taking her breathes hardly as she sat on the comfy couch in his small reception before his desk, she said in hefty tone "Harry, it's Pete...

"Soon she uttered his name, Harry stood up forcing a smile that showed a vein in his forehead, his sudden movement startled the girl but Gwen feigned ignorance of his act and continued "... Dad says, he was attacked at his house. We don't know his whereabouts"

Harry listening to her words nonchalantly moved to the side bar on the other side of the room "Do you wanna a drink?"

Concernedly, Gwen continued ignoring him "I'm worried about him... Can't you send some men to help in the search?"

Harry shrugged in a cold tone without looking at the tiresome girl, gulping down his glass of bourbon "Why should I?"

"Huh!" she turned her body to face him from her seat, shocked by his words.

The young entrepreneur poured himself another glass "Why should I care about that traitor?"

Gwen stood up retorting in the heat of the moment "What are you talking about? He is your friend, your best friend"

"No. He is not my friend," He slammed the glass on the bar's counter smashing it to pieces, Gwen gasped with both hands on her mouth, she tried to reach for him, worried about his bleeding hand, but strangely she saw no blood... she looked to him fearfully suspecting him of relapsing.

Harry shouted "My friends don't take pics of the menace that killed my father" at that moment Gwen raised her voice too "Stop talking like that about Spiderman, he saved my life more than once... Besides, stop relating everything about Spiderman to Peter, He is just his photographer, he works very hard to back up his aunt, He really is trying his best"

"I offered him a job instead of that work"

"And how could you," her eyes swayed in shame, "Of course, he would turn you down. You did it on purpose; to hurt his pride & look down on him"

"Stop... Stop acting like that, stop taking his side, it irritates me" Harry marched to her in an instant, he held her arm & squeezed strongly while shooting his furious eyes at her.

"You are hurting me Harry" screamed Gwen in pain, Harry let go of her arms suddenly which made her fell on the ground. He shuddered "Gwen..." he reached for her but her sharp glare stopped him in his tracks.

Her weak posture holding her arms in pain, looking at him brokenly, blaming him for his actions pushed his mind to cower deep in the darkness more.

He shouted "Don't look at me like that... You just thought Peter would never hurt you, Right?!"
