Welcome to the Mystery Shack

Y/N's POV

After what felt like hours, The bus comes to a stop. The bus driver calls everyone to get off the bus, and I can tell he wanted us off fast. I grabbed my bag and managed to get off. I look in front of me seeing a town, with a sign saying "Welcome to Gravity Falls!"

Y/N: I wonder if the people here are friendly?

Dipper: Yup, almost everyone in this town is nice.

I jump at Dipper's response not realizing he was walking behind me. As I turn around, I give him a handshake. He smiles at me, which I kindly return a smile back.

Dipper: Oh, I want you to meet my sister.

As he moves to the left, I saw a girl walking out of the bus with a bag similar to Dipper's bag. She had dark brown hair like Dipper, a pink headband, wearing a pink sweater with the words, "Family Forever" in the center. I just looked at her, without realizing that I was slowly blushing.

Y/N: (She looks so cute. She's so beautiful, like a pure ang- NO! STOP IT Y/N! You just met her!)

Mabel's POV

Mabel: Hi brother! What did i miss?

Dipper: Nothing much. By the way, I want you to meet Y/N. He was on the bus with us.

I turn to see a boy with a black hoodie with some finer blue details, a pair of blue jeans, and red shoes. I take a look at his face to see his e/c eyes and see a little of his h/c hair, only for me to start slightly blushing.

Mabel: (He looks mysterious. And very handso- WAIT NO NO NO! I JUST MET THIS GUY!) Sooooo, w-what brings you to Gravity Falls, Y/N?

Y/N: I was sent here by my "dad" as he didn't want to be bothered with me anymore.

Mabel: Oh.. I'm sorry Y/N.

Y/N: It's fine. Anyways, is there a restaurant around, I'm so hungry.

Dipper: Yeah, We can take you there. But first, me and Mabel have to go meet our Grunkle Stan.

Mabel: I can't wait to see the Mystery Shack again. Its been so long since we last seen it.

Dipper: Hahaha, yeah that's true.

Y/N: Do you guys mind if I tag along?

Dipper: Oh not at all man. C'mon we'll show you how to get there.

Y/N: Oh cool.

Me, my brother and Y/N all begin walking to the Shack and we start talking. I goof off with my brother, poking him and making silly faces, and he laughs at my silliness. Y/N was quiet, so I wanted to see what he's thinking about.

Y/N'S POV

I'm walking with Dipper and his sister to a place they call the "Mystery Shack", and I begin to think of my past, and how happy my family was before mom died. Suddenly, I hear someone calling my name and see that it's Mabel.

Mabel: Y/N!

Y/N: Oh! Yeah, what's up?

Mabel: Are you ok? You're a bit quiet than when we were getting off the bus.

Y/N: Oh sorry. I was just thinking about something.

Suddenly, Dipper calls us over to him. We make our way to him, only to see a small building. It looked like a shop of some sort, but it gave off an abandoned place type vibe. I look at the top and see the words "Mystery Shack" but the S has fallen off and is hanging.

Mabel: Wow, it looks as if we never left at all.

Y/N: So this is the place you two were talking about?

Dipper: Yup! C'mon, let's head inside.

We start making our way to the door. As we approach the door, Dipper knocks and we wait to see if there's anyone inside. Just then, the door swung open and it revealed a man in a black suit, pants and shoes.

Dipper and Mabel: GRUNKLE STAN!!!

Grunkle Stan: Hey there kiddos, bring it in!

Dipper and Mabel run up to him and hug him. I laugh to myself seeing them run up like that. Then, the man looks to see me and speaks to me.

Stan: And you must be Y/N. Come on in kid.

I smiled as I walk into the building. I look around and see items all over. From sunglasses to stickers with scented smells.

Y/N: So you own a shop?

Stan: Actually, Soos owns the shop since i gave him the keys. But he's on a date right now, so I'm watching over until he comes back.

Y/N: Oh ok. That's nice. Is there anything else I need to know?

Stan: Actually, I was hoping to ask that myself. Your dad called me and asked if you could stay, and I didn't know what he needed so I just said sure.

Y/N: (Of course he didn't tell him the real reason!) Do you mind if I talk to you in private?

Stan: Sure. Hey kids, go on up and unpack.

Dipper and Mabel nod and head up to the room they were in when they first came to Gravity Falls. Y/N set his bag on the floor and explained what had happened before he came here.

Stan: Wow... I-I'm so sorry about that, kid.

Y/N: I-Its fine sir. Nothing I can't handle!

Stan: Come here kid.

I slowly walk over to Stan before getting pulled into his arms. I soon enough cried into Stan's suit, just missing how things were back then. I cried for 2 minutes before wiping my tears.

Y/N: Thank you sir.

Stan: Please. Just call me Stan.

Y/N: Ok Si- I mean Stan!

Stan: Hahahahaha. (This is going to be an interesting summer.)

Y/N: Wait? Where am I going to sleep?

Stan: You'll be sleeping with Dipper and Mabel in their room.

Y/N: Oh ok. Thanks Stan!

Stan: No problem kid. Now go unpack. Their room is upstairs on the left near the attic.

I ran up the stairs and found the room Stan was talking about. I saw Dipper and Mabel talking about something and they turn to look at me.

Mabel: Hey Y/N! Do you need anything?

Y/N: No I'm good. But thanks anyway. Stan said I'm going to be sleeping in here with you two.

Dipper: Oh neat.

I walked into the room and set my things down. I begin taking everything out of my bag and setting it in places. Once I brought out my PS4 and my Switch, I could hear both siblings getting excited.

Mabel: You have a Switch?! AND A PS4?!?

Dipper: That's so awesome dude!

Y/N: Yeah, I have games for both consoles.

Dipper and Mabel: SO COOL!!

I laugh at their excitement, but my stomach starts to growl, along with the siblings.

Y/N: Soooo, about that restaurant you told me about...
