Dress Rehearsal

Emma's POV
"Alright, do you have everything?" My dad asked
"Yes, dad I'm fine" I said
I quickly opened up the car door and left excited for my dress rehearsal before my show. I pushed open the door and checked in with Mary and saw this girl. She had gray hair probably for her show. I walked into the band room and saw my bestie Kaylee
"OMG Emma!" Kaylee said
"Hey, Kaylee how are you?" I said
"I'm fine, how bout you?" Kaylee asked
"I'm good too." I said
Suddenly Kaylee screamed
"Layla!" Kaylee screamed while jumping in her arms
"Hey, Kaylee!" She said
"Oh right Emma this is Layla and Layla this is Emma." Kaylee said smiling
I put my arm out to shake Layla's hand till a lady said
"Center stage 1&2 come put on you vest and get ready," some random lady said. I quickly ran down and put on my vest and formed a line I looked at Layla who was looking back at me and smiled and than also waved. I went back stage and went in my spot and quickly finished off my part and went backstage for my friend Richie's part. When Layla was also dressed up ready for her rehearsal we were all including Layla mouthing the words for Let it go being all weird. Till we had to go out for our final bows I waved goodbye to Layla and went out for bows and went back in the dressing room. I was just hanging out with my friend Addie and Kallie all bored. Till Layla and Kaylee came out
"Hey, guys you both did great I saw you guys on the tv!" I said
"Glad you like me." Layla said as she winked
I smiled at the comment and walked up the steps to Kallie and Addie.
"What was that about," Addie said as she smirked
"I don't like her, if that's what you think." I said
"Are you sure, it seems you have a little blush right there," Addie said
"No, I don't!" I said loudly
"Is everything ok?" Layla said facing us
"Nothing!" I said
"Completely nothing." I said
"Ok, if you say so?" Layla said as she walked away
"That was so embarrassing!"I said as I quickly covered my face.
"You were the one that screamed!" Addie said
"So if it wasn't for you we wouldn't be in this conversation!" I said
"Says the person who has a crush on Layla and it's so clear too" Addie whispered
"Shut up I don't!" I said
"Ok, can we all stop fighting!" Kallie stated
"Ok," I said
"Nooo it's the call for final bows!" Kallie said
"Why are you complaining? we'll see each other tonight for our show." I said
"You've got a point," Kallie said
"Ok, all students please begin packing up your stuff to go home!" The lady said
"We'll see you guys tonight!" I said as I picked up my bag and went out the doors
"Hey, Emma right?" Layla said
"Yeah, hey Layla" I said smiling
"Good job today I saw you on the tv." Layla said
"Thanks, you did to!" I said
"We'll my moms here I have to head out. Well bye nice meeting you," I said as I waved

              TIME SKIP!
Layla's POV
I walked through doors excited for my big show tonight as I walked in I saw Emma with her group of friends Kallie and Addie I'm pretty sure that's their names. Emma was on the 3rd step charging her phone well doing her makeup, it looked like she was watching Star Wars with them.

"Layla!" Kaylee screamed
"Hey, Kaylee" I said
"If I tell you this you can't tell anyone, Emma will kill me!" Kaylee said
Suddenly Kaylee pulled me behind a shelf of instruments
"Ok, Emma has a huge crush on you, she told me last night" Kaylee said
"Are you sure she meant me?" I said
"Yes I'm sure it's you I can even show you the texts." Kaylee said
"Then show me." I said
"Ok, fine!" Kaylee grabbed her phone and clicked on Emma's contact and showed me the text
"She definitely means a different Layla." I said
"No, she doesn't! Go talk to her!" Kaylee said
"No!" I said
