Villain!Izuku x Reader

You twisted the umbrella in your hand, and sighed. Every now and then, your thoughts would drift back to Izuku. He was your first, and if you were honest, only love.

"Too bad love never lasts..." You mumbled to yourself as you tilted your umbrella away from your body.

It felt nice to let the raindrops fall onto you, it helped with the everlasting heartbreak. Your break up was far from normal, everything was perfect, until Izuku went missing. People were under the impression that he had sadly passed, that was until, years later he was found attacking a hero agency.

You still remember yourself crying and screaming at the tv when you saw the news. Luckily, he wasn't the violent type, mostly. He only aimed for certain hero agencies, then the occasional bank. You assumed it was to fund his lifestyle.

You closed up your umbrella, and walked into the building you had ventured to. It was your bank, some friends had recently gifted you some money, and you were planning to deposit it. You didn't exactly trust the ATMs after one completely ate all your cash.

Your eyes fell upon the line in front of you, "Of course..." You mumbled under your breath.

It wasn't that long after you arrived that you heard screaming, it had all happened you weren't able to register what happened at first. That was until you saw the green lighting, you felt your throat tighten up.

You knew who it belonged to, you saw it often while you were together. You were always with him when he was training afterall. You frantically looked around the bank while everyone else cowarded to the ground.

"..I-Izuku..!" Your tired voice called out in a desperate plea, hoping your voice would reach him. 

Somehow, it worked, near the entrance stood an older Izuku. His eyes firmly placed on your form, his feet frozen in place. You slowly walked close to him breathing heavily. You took in his appearance, he looked far more tired than you remembered.

"..I-I'm so happy to see you..." You took a step closer, nearly close enough to touch him. "D-do you have any idea how much I missed you.."

He was at a loss for words, his fingers clinged to the bag in his hand.

"P-Please..it's not too late..! Turn yourself in..!" You cried out.

Izuku's eyes sharpened as he took a step back, "Please..(Y/N)..it's time to let me go.." His voice was smooth, but had hidden pain behind his words.

You frantically shook your head. "I-I.."

Before you were able to finish your sentence, Izuku turned his back towards you. "I'm already lost..." He mumbled out.

As a last attempt to convince him, you reached out grabbing his wrist. He yanked his arm away, looking back at you one more time before he ran through the doors.

You fell to the ground as your knees collapsed from the intensity, you looked down at your hands teary eyed. A bracelet had fallen on them, you remembered you had given this one to Izuku years ago...

"Izuku Izuku!~" You raced towards your boyfriend excitedly.

Izuku looked up in your direction and smiled brightly. "(Y/N)..!~" He patted the grass next to him. "I got our date all set up...!"

You happily sat where he suggested and brushed your face into his arm. You could tell he was blushing without having to look at him. You giggled thinking about no matter how long you were dating, he would still get flustered with you.
