Y/N inherited those abilities, which is exactly why the HYDRA wanted her, they kept tabs on both Mother and Daughter's powers and their whereabouts.

Y/N Mother give up her life just to protect the baby in her arms. She abandoned her baby girl in the alley and used herself as bait. Luring the HYDRA away from the location..

That's where Batman comes in, he's doing one of his routines chasing the Joker, his enemy, but was halted by noticing a crying baby at the corner of the alley, securely hidden.

When he first sees the infant, the first thing that comes to his mind is to take her to the orphanage, but he stops as black mist emerges from the little girl's body. He was terrified by what he saw.

His deceased parents begin to attack him after blaming him for their deaths, but Batman quickly shake it off, and realize the baby has a gift, a very dangerous special gift, with that, and returns to his manor bringing the baby with him..

Butler Alfred noticed his master cradling a sleeping baby in his arms, and quickly attended to her needs...

Bruce informed Alfred of the baby's abilities and immediately took action, announcing that he would like to adopt the child and raise her as his own, his heir.

(Let just say that in this story, Batman is unable to have children, and Joker is to blame, due to his pranks and one of their fights, and Y/N can only healed him with that, but that's story is for another time.. Anyway.. )

Bruce Wayne became a father that night and immediately fallen to the baby's alluring-cute nature. He raised her as if she was his own child, purchasing all of her necessities and toys.

Everytime he had chase Joker, he always thought about her and wanted to go home right away, so he brought clothes and toys even though she couldn't play with them yet.

Butler Alfred let his master do whatever he wants, this was the first time he saw his master happily spoiling the young lady, so he was overjoyed.

Years passed, and Y/N grew older, as did her power too, her intelligence is much higher than those kids around her age.

She created something out of everyone's expectations at the age of ten. Even outperform Tony Stark's famous gadgets.

Bruce Wayne had never felt so happy and proud of his daughter's accomplishments, but that happiness didn't last long, because one night HYDRA attacked the Wayne-Manor while Bruce was still in his business trip.

Only Alfred was in present to keep an eye on the little girl. HYDRA attacked the Manor and take little Y/N from Bruce protection.

Alfred had endured many beatings and earned bruises and one massive scar on his face, while protecting and defending his Young Mistress, but he still failed due he was outnumbered by them.

They returned to the HYDRA HQ, after capturing the girl.
