I found a nice Quest for an f rank. It read 'Kill a Green slime' and it gave 10 bronze. I need 70 bronze for 1 night and no food.

So I went out to the forest and started killing a slime. These slime are tougher than I thought, their gel like structure is quite hard to put your hand through.

Although Green slimes are tough Imagine going off against a red slime.

And just as I though that a red slime appeared. Curse my luck.

The red slime bounced towards me for revenge against its fallen Green brothers. The evolved red slime used its acidic touch to its advantage by trying to encase me in its grasp.

I managed to get out the way and slash it a few times with my nail before I heard a ding. 'System unlocked'
And 'howling wraiths unlocked' as soon as i heard howling wraiths I knew it would be a good ability to use against this slime so I activated it and what I sa shocked me.

Painful and terrified faces Came out of me like a silent scream. The slime that couldn't feel fear immediately panicked upon hearing the deafening silence.

The tortured souls ripped the slime apart not even having to take out its core and left back into my body. Wow.

I grabbed the core and the green slime cores and retreated back to the guild. Apparently getting over 10 Green slimes is a nice way to rank up and getting 1 red slime made me rank up again.

Now I got 2 silver which is slot in this world and I'm finally gonna be able to sleep in a comfy bed.yay

Apparently a new race has appeared and it has killed over 10 Green slimes and 1 red slimes in only 3 hours. This creature seems like a dangerous one so I sent my servants to investigate.

<1 hour later>

My servants have came back with news. The creature is called The knight, has no age, no gender no mana.

Whatever the knight is, I'm sure it will come to my invitation.

As the knight is coming I must prepare my palace for its arrival. I'm sure it wouldn't decline being my knight as that seems to be its purpose.

Anyways for it arrival I prepared a royal banquet with many kinds of foods and prepared an area for it to hang out with my children as my children are in need of a good guard after last time.

And the rest? It's gonna be a surprise : )

Knight pov

I managed to get to the inn, the receptionist was a fine young lady. Blonde hair and ocean blue eyes really do compliment eachother. Anyways I gave her enough bronze for 2 nights and went to my bed.

I decided to check my system as I haven't checked it at all

I was curious about charm menu so I clicked on it. It showed a menu with 50 different slots. In one of them was a mask with fire on top of its head and its displayed bronze colored.

I clicked on it and it said

'Fury of the fallen'
Embodies the fury and heroism that comes upon those who are about to die.

When close to death, the bearer's strength will increase.

Woah. That's really cool but what exactly are charms?

Charms are gorgeous and mystical accessories that provide bonuses and abilities.

So basically I can get some cheat items?
Hell yeah!

So what should i get first system?
I would recommend stalwart shell as it helps you get soul and gathering swarm as it helps you get geo.

Ok, ok that's alot of information then, I'm gonna go for gathering swarm as it would be easier to get stalwart shell if I have gathering swarm first.

Anyways now that I can relax im gonna go bed for the first time in almost 2 days. I'm so mentally tired.
