IOU (Taejin)

Taehyung sat on the slightly uncomfortable train seat, clutching his stuffed suitcase as he anxiously fiddled with the loose string that hung off it it.

He stared blankly out the window as he has been on the train for a good 45 minutes. All he could think about was how his life has changed drastically.

His father died 2 months ago, and last werk he received mail saying that he had to pay off his dad's debt to some person or there would be trouble.

10 minutes pass and Taehyung arrives at his destination. He stops at a train station and looks uo the address of where he was supposed to be going on his phone. He was happy when he saw it was only a 3 minute walk from where he was at.

As soon as he began to walk, a black car pulled up in front of him, nearly hitting him. "JESUS CHRIST YOU ALMOST FUCKING HIT ME WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING YOU BLIND FUCK." Taehyung yelled out in anger.

A person who looked like a butler stepped out of the car and walked up to Taehyung with a blank expression that was slightly intimidating to Taehtung. Taehyung took a few steps back and visibly gulped.

"My apologies, I'm here to pick you up. Are you Kim Taehyung?" The butler spoke with an odd accent. Taehyung was a bit embarrassed by how he reacted and nodded softly, looking down at his dirty converse. "Sorry for like.. yelling at you." Taehyung said in a softer tone.

He placed his suitcase in the trunk and sat in the passenger seat of the car. He looked out the window and couldn't help but to wonder what was going to happen to him.

About 1 minute later, they arrived at a large mansion, almost looked like a castle. Taehyung's jaw dropped in slight shock as the 'butler' drove through the gates that slowly opened for them.

Once they parked, Taehyung got out the car, and the butler already began bringing his suitcase in the mansion. Taehyung followed quickly behind the man and entered inside the huge place, looking around with sparkly eyes.

He then reminded himself that he wasnt here to have fun, he was here for a serious matter.

"Right this way, Taehyung." The butler said, pointing to a room with a door slightly opened. Taehyung boaed to the butler and walked inside the room, there he saw a man sitting on a love seat, reading a book. "Typical rich guy reading boring ass books." Taehyung munbled under his breath as he sat in the love seat across from the man.

The man took his reading glasses off and smiled suspiciously nicely towards Taehyung. "Well hello, you must be Taehyung yeah? I'm Kim Seokjin, but call me Jin." Jin held his large hand out and taehyung hesitantly reached out to shake it.

"You know why you're here. I know your father has passed, my condolences.. but me and your dad have unfinished business." Jin said as he sat up, placing hus hands in the pockets of his suit pants. "B-But why do I have to pay for my dad's mistakes? It's not my fault" Taehyung said with a mix of confusion and anger

"Plus, I'm broke. I don't have any money or a Job, I can barely afford college an-" Taehyung was cut off by jin putting his hand up, signaling Taehyung to stop talking.

"Your dad owes me $1.3 million. Now any common person knows that that's a lot of money that can't just be thrown away, now can it? Understandable?" Jin said, crouching down to Taehyungs level.

"No.. not understandable. I'm not paying you 1.3 million fucking dollars. I don't think you heard me when i said IM BROKE." Taehyung said, standing up from the chair. He began walking away, wanting to get as far away from this place as possible.

He got to the door and attempted to open it, but to his surprise, it wouldn't open. He tried unlocking it then opening it and it still wouldn't work, until he saw there was a keypad on the wall next to the door.
