Ariana

It's been a week since our gathering, and it's also been a week since I saw him. After I got home on that day, my mother was already in front of the door and waiting for me. She was so worried so I explained to her everything, except that I met a stranger in the midst of the woods, with his golden hazel eyes. Andrei also kept on bugging at me about what I just did that time. I just kept on answering their questions with whatever lies that my mind can make up and finally made them stop.

I'm about to go out when mom suddenly called me out. I turned around and kissed her in the cheek, telling her that I'll better get going now because I'm a little bit late for school. She just nodded and smiled. Outside of our gate, I can see Justin, my childhood bestfriend, waiting for me.

"'Sup Ari? You ready?" he said to me. I just nodded and I rode into his car up to the college that we both entered. I stared out the window. Not a lot of people really. I'm about to look straight when the guy with his hoods and shades on, together with his hands tucked inside the dark pockets of his dark-washed jeans. I really didn't seeq his face because he's bowing down his head. My eyes followed him 'til it reached the point that my neck hurts anymore.

"Ari? Ari?! I've been talking to you all the time!"

I snapped back into reality when I heard Justin's voice. I immediately looked at him and smiled.

"Oh... I-I'm sorry. What was it?" I said then I checked my phone for messages or calls. I found out that there is none so I looked back at him. I'm surprised that he looked back in the way, with a sad expression seeping in his eyes.

I moved a little towards him and I hugged him. I placed my head on his chest while he's doing the drive.

"Quit it, Ari. I'm driving," he said coldly. It really makes me worry when I hear that kind of voice from him.

"I'm sorry, Justin," then I sat straight again.

"What made you in deep thoughts earlier?" he said in a calm and soft voice. That's more like it. I like it when his voice sounds just like it.

"Nothing," I mumbled. "Just saw some weird looking guy who passed by."

"Really?" he said in a little bit of amazement. I looked into him then I looked outside of the window again.

            "Yeah," I muttered.

            "Well, what does he look?"

"Well, uhm... He looks normal but it's just really weird to me. He seemed so mysterious with all of those hoods and shades. And please include the fact that he's bowing down his head while walking," I said in a boring tone. But I guess he's cute! my playful mind thought.

Justin didn't answer and just drove his way up to our college. As soon as we stepped out of Justin's car, I saw Mitchell, my bestfriend since high school with Liam, his boyfriend. Aww... They both look good together.

"Hey Ari!" she greeted and immediately hugged me. I hugged her back. I really miss her because she's on a vacation for a week. After a few seconds, we both parted. I smiled and waved my hand to Liam and he also smiled back.

"I really miss you, Mitch! Why didn't you invite me?" I said then pouted.

"Ugh... Stop the drama," she said and rolled her eyes. I love it. It never gets old whenever she does that to me.
