Radar — Allows KITT to locate any activity within a given range.
Range — Sets the range for the Radar (See Radar).
Rapid Cycle — Creates a 'bouncing effect' to shake off debris from KITT. Used in conjunction with the Hydraulic Lift (See Hydraulic Lift in Chapter H).
Rapid Thought Analyzer — Finds common points or common denominators in an audio recording.
Reconnaissance Mode — Allows KITT to monitor surrounding activity for any undercover operations.
Record — Records and captures only audio
Retro-Rockets — Used to grant KITT a temporary burst of speed. On occasion this is reversed to bring the car to an instant stop.
Reverse Turbo Boost — A 'backwards' Turbo Boost. (Example found in 'A Knight In Shining Armour') (See Turbo Boost in Chapter T).
Rocket Boost — (See Retro Rockets)
Rocket Fire — Either shoots a magnesium flare or a rocket from somewhere around KITT's rear bumper.
