Kyudai Garaki was well over one hundred and twenty years old and in those many years he had done many horrid things. Committing many horrendous acts not only at the behest of his master but also to satisfy his own curoristy.

Of all the things he had done only a handful stuck with him, clinging to him and refusing to be forgotten.

What he had done to this woman, was one of them.

Swallowing the blood that filled his mouth he groaned as he forced himslef into a sitting postion, leaning heavily against the wall of filing cabinets behind him. He could tell he had a few broken ribs, a concussion, and a cracked tooth. He had suffered much worse, but that didn't make it hurt any less.

He flinched as she crosuhed before him, sitting on her haunches as she glared at him with a bloodlust that was almost visible.

"Eri." He grunted out the name, his gaze catching hers through the thick lenses of his googles, "Her name is Eri. Master placed her in an orphanage. I have a file over there." He shakily raised his hand to point at the filing cabinet under his desk. "I tried to keep tabs on her, I knew you'd come for me one day..." He gave a dark chuckle.

Even drugged and injured she had always put up a fight when he was studying her quirk. A fury churning in her deep blue eyes. It only got worse after they took away her child. "I know you're going to kill me...and that's okay. I just want you to know...what we...no, what I did to you was horrid and it's always haunted me. I can't I'm sorry, because I would do it all over again. But, I-"

He was cut off by Kagome lashing out, her hand slapping over his mouth, her fingers digging into his jaw as she moved closer to him to whisper meachingly. "You can save your bullshit for someone who cares. I just want you to know two things, one, I am going to find my child ,and two. Your master will follow after you." Words spoken she flared her quirk to life, watching with cold eyes as he began to age at a rapid rate.

His skin wrinkled even more, the hairs of his busy mustach falling out as his body seemed to shrivel. A moment later he was nothing but a pile of dead skin cells and bone dust. Standing up she wiped her hand on her pants, stalking over to the filing cabinet he had pointed at.

Shifting through the files she paused at one labled 'Eri', it was thin, and it made unease flare to life in her chest. She quickly flipped it open and paused as a glossy photo stared back up at her. Tears gathered in her eyes as she took in the features of the three year old child.

She had white hair, pale skin, and her fathers deep red eyes. In fact it seemed the only thing she had inherited from her was her facial features and her her thick wavy locks. Even so her heart warmed at the sight of her child.

Gently she ran her fingers over the photo, her vision blurry with her unshed tears, "Eri." Her name tumbled past her lips sounding like a prayer. She closed the file, holding it close to her chest as she moved to leave the office. "Eri, just wait a little bit longer, mommy's is coming for you."
