Prologue n.n

ATHENA'S POV

"Come On Athena....Not again....Get back here !"  I ran out my house nearly in tears. "Mom I'll be back later...." I had to go somewhere....I couldn't be there anymore. My mom was starting to give me her Catholic and religions speeches on rock. She honestly didn't get me. I ran a couple of blocks and reached that brick house with the blue roof that I got so used to. I walked to the door and knocked. I waited impatiently for Andy's mom to open but nothing.... I knocked once more and Mrs.Biersack opened. "Hey Athena love!....you must be looking for Andy! I'll get him, give me a second." She led me inside and I just waited. "Andrew Athena is here.." Seconds later I heard a door slam. "WHAT MOM WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME EARLIER...I LOOK LIKE SHIT....U-uuhmm Tell her to give me a minute! " His mom came out practically dying of laughter. "Haha Athena give him a second he's getting ready" I nodded and thanked her. 

Moments after Andy came out and he looked cute. "Hey Tina! haha sorry i took a while, whats up....Weeee." He laid back on the couch with his head on my lap. "Mehh family again...I just need to get out of there man....I-I'm planning on running away..." His look of happiness turned sour. He got up scanned the area and took me to his room. He slammed the door closed and sat me on his bed. "Okay so you know that I've been wanting to start a band right?" I nodded. He took my hand "I'm planning to leave as well....Tina....leave with me?". He called me that for short.My stomach dropped and he was just looking. "U-umm I...I don't kn-" He cut me off to try and convince me. "Come on Athena....we can both go and live happily...far far away...please." I saw his deep icy blue eyes grow darker. He was serious. "U-umm okay. I'll do it!" He smiled and gave me a hug. "THANKS SO MUCH ATHENA! I COULDN'T HAVE DONE THIS ALONE....You truly are a good friend" We chilled for a bit. We listened to A7X, The Misfits, and Kiss for most of the afternoon. "Do you want to leave tonight?" He asked while starting to look threw his cases. I nodded. He smiled and got his phone. "I'll pick you up at 12?" I nodded. "Okay go pack your stuff hun..." He called me hun..i hugged him and he hugged me tighter. "Okay....I'll be waiting"

I was walking home and I was still a couple of blocks away...Well might as well tell you guys about myself. My name as you can see is Athena...Athena Mondragon I really like Rock and Screamo. I'm your typical outcast and loser at school. Ohh and I'm a fatass.....I like food y'know. My original parents gave me up for adoption when i was born and i got adopted by some really religious people who just don't understand the meaning of freedom. 

I got home and my step mother was sitting down on the couch. "WHAT KIND OF TIME IS THIS FOR A YOUNG GIRL TO  GET HOME AT THIS HOUR!.....ATHENA You need to confess your sins dear!...." I just shrugged. "Mom....You know what my beliefs are....and please respect them." She giggled and then gave me a frown. "Why can't you just be like the rest...when i adopted you i had so many hopes and dreams but I'm not satisfied with what i got...." Those words just slapped me across my face and I could have felt the tears run down my face. She shouldn't have adopted me then. I ran up to my room and just shoved my face in my bed. I took out a box of chocolates that were under my bed and just shoved them in my face. Once I did I just felt like a fucking slob...I ran to my bathroom and just looked in the mirror with freight. Kneeling down on the toilet I made myself throw my guts up. I rinsed my mouth and just packed my clothes and hid the suit cases in my closet. I looked at the time and it was 11:00 I texted Andy and no reply...

It soon was 11:30 and nothing. I constantly looked out the window for the black car that would have token me away to happiness but nothing. It became 12:00 And I texted Andy once again....

Athena-" U-umm when are you getting here man...."

No answer. Once it became 1:00  I lost hope. I unpacked my shit and i  just laid down and cried myself to sleep.

The next morning I stormed out my house and ran to Andy's. I nicely knocked on the door to see if someone would open and someone did. A worried Mrs Biersack. "Athena I'm so glad your here please help me....Andrew is not here....I looked threw his things and his clothes are not here..where did he go?"  My stomach sank deeper and I just put my head down. I was messing with my hair and I just wanted to cry....Andy left me behind...and here to suffer. "N-no Mrs Biersack I wouldn't know where he would go...trust me I-I'm just as confused as you are...but don't worry....I-I'm sure he'll be okay"  I gave her a hug and just left I was half way home and found myself sobbing. 

I went home and my parents weren't there....It actually surprised me. I ran up to my room and just slept. I did that for the rest of the month. I ate,slept,and took showers only. I occasionally made myself throw up when I didn't feel good.

I decided to get over the whole Andy incident and headed downstairs. "U-um hey mom...." She looked at me in disgust. "Woah....you've got some meat on your bones!"  I looked down at my stomach and just held in the temptations. "Yeah....thanks haha." I took a platter of food to my room and just threw it on the bed. I took my laptop and saw something not usual just as I was gonna shove that food down my throat. "Black Veil Brides-Knives and Pens Standby Records" My heart sank just as I saw Andy's face on the video...I clicked on it and it was amazing. 

"One final fight for this tonight.....whoa oh oh with knives and pens we made our plight..."

I hated the fact that that asshole sang it. That song was too amazing to be sang by someone that left me hanging with hopes and dreams towards freedom. Was this gonna be my favorite band? I shut my laptop closed and just gobbled up the food and did what I did. That feeling of love towards a guy turned into bigger love and a bit of despise. This couldn't have happened. What was going to become of Me....I was a girl in love....a girl the guy who had promised her  freedom and a burden-free life had just left her. I was a fucking mess.
