"I haven't been out in Atlanta in a long time." Janette looks over at her mom whose sitting besides her in the passenger seat. "Everyone has been asking about you crazy, We're gonna run to Michelle's house though..maybe you'll catch Brooklyn there." Her mom says making Janae tense up for a moment before letting out an unsteady sigh, hoping her mom does not question it.

It's been almost 3 years since Brooklyn's album Love Santana dropped. Other than the song Tweakin Together, UH HUH was one of the songs that others seem to really like. It also was the first song that Brooklyn showed Janette the night of their incident. After Janette confessed her love and she was caught off guard by Brooklyn's response, she had to leave quickly because of family issues therefore, the two never got a chance to speak again. Brooklyn was blowing up and Janette moved to California to start college.

When Janette and her mom finally made it to Brooklyn's mom's apartment. She started to feel nauseous getting out the car but tried to hide it from her mom. Of course, her mom got the idea right away and stopped her from walking towards the door. "How you feeling Nett?" Janette quickly turned to her mother and hesitantly replied. "Me?..oh I'm doing alright, just nervous," She started off and of course her mom wasn't buying any of it but let her go so she wouldn't ruin the mood.

The walk to the elevator and to the apartment room was a struggle for Janette. Every time she heard someone talk around her, it made her afraid that it could be Brooklyn. It was a small chance that Brooklyn would be in her mother's apartment anyways, she was really famous right now. The thought of that made Janette calm down a little but her heart skipped a beat when she heard the sound of a door opening, revealing Brooklyn's Mom, Michelle.

"Janette?! There's no way!" Michelle screamed, throwing her arms around Janette, making her laugh. "Hey Ms. Rodriguez," Janette says in reply while they all walk in and sit down, talking about Janette's experience in college. "I'm sorry to run your ear off..but you look great! You're probably wondering where Brook is, she's outside at the park to the left." Michelle says making Janette stare at her blankly before standing up. "Alright, I'll let you guys talk." She waves to both of the older women sitting at the round table and makes her way out the door.

After searching around for the playground, she finally made it..well that's what she thought. The "park" was just an empty parking lot. Janette started to look around at the group of people to see which one was Brook. A figure soon caught her eye that had many tattoos and 2 puffs in her hair as she already knew that was Brooklyn. Janette was hesitant to walk over but once she met eyes with Brooklyn's brown eyes that were way noticeable because of the sunlight, she felt her nervousness slowly fade away.

"Damn, Nett..you finally come to visit." Brooklyn says approaching the shorter girl as they hug. "I've been busy..college ain't no joke." She says while Brooklyn brings her over to the rest of the people in a circle. "Ay y'all, this is my childhood friend Janette, ima let her also be apart of the video." Janette watches Brooklyn yell out to her friends as they all nod and greet Janette. There was still a little uneasiness that Janette felt because of their past incident that they haven't spoke on but, she decided to push it away for the moment.

It's been hours since the music video shoot that Brooklyn included Janette in. The 2 were walking out of Brooklyn's mother's home to hotbox in the car before Janette went home. "Seems like you've been partying in Cali." Brook says as they both enter the car. "Oh yeah, I'm enjoying myself out there but I definitely miss Atlanta." She laughs as she looks down at the pre-rolled blunt in her pocket as she lit it up and moved it towards her lips.

After all of the catching up, Brook and Janette we're definitely geeked after 2 to 3 blunts. Now all they could do was blast music in silence. "I don't mean to ruin the mood but-" Janette started off but she was soon cut off by Brook. "I know what you're finna say, I honestly was way too high as hell when I said all of that but you should already know how I feel about you Janette..." She goes on making Janette smirk, of course the feelings Janette had from Brooklyn where visible and she knew they always would be.

"Nigga you had me scared." Janette says as Brooklyn chuckles and leans over to land her lips on Janette's, as Janette returned her movements. "Nigga, take this off." Brooklyn says, pulling away, making Janette quickly unclip her bra and move on top of Brooklyn in her lowered seat. "Nett stop acting all shy, come here." Brooklyn says while moving her lips down Janette's neck, making her whimper as Brooklyn looked at Janette in amusement.

The rest of the night was definitely history for the girls. But for the remaining days that Janette stayed in Atlanta, there was no sign of Brooklyn anywhere. She tried calling and texting but it seemed like she was blocked. This made Janette feel silly about herself after believing Brooklyn was really serious about her feelings. Besides the 2 girls were geeked off of 2 or more blunts that night and she knew how Brooklyn acted.

"Why would I believe her.." the young girl groaned as she continued to apply her lashes on while looking in her rear mirror. "She really don't love nobody but herself." She mumbled as she felt a buzz against her leg from her phone. It was a notification indicating a post from Brooklyn's Instagram account. At first, she was hesitant to open it but then she gave in since she knew Brook wouldn't pay her any mind. When she tapped on Brookyn's story, it was her and another girl who were cuddled up on eachother..making Janette feel anger boil up in her body but more of disappointment. Who was that bitch? She had a girlfriend the whole time?!
