"She'd rather die than find another"

"Ain't I just tell you no.." Benjamin replies as he eyes the girl, pacing around his living room. This was about her 100th time asking if they were going to be official. They promised that they really were just with eachother to hit and leave..nothing else. That was until Sariyah started speaking to him about a possible relationship.

It wasn't like Benjamin didn't care about the whole situation, he has warned Sariyah about this many times. He was a rapper, he didn't have time for an actual relationship..not even that, his fans were a bit crazy when it came to him dating. He wouldn't wish on anyone to get caught up in some drama like that..especially with his fans.

With his career like this, he has been caught with many women. It caught many people off guard when he was out with Bhad Bhabie. It wasn't like hanging out with many females was a problem for Benjamin, he didn't mind it. He was the famous rapper Autumn after all..who wouldn't want a piece of him.

"Wick..we can make it work baby." She turned to the boy infront of her who was smirking, while replying to a text. "Nigga..you not even listening!" She semi yelled, making him glance at her for a few seconds. "All then times you said I was all yours, you ain't mean it?" She started to feel the tears riled up in her eyes as she let out a sob. This definitely made Benjamin react a little.

"Sariyah, we was fuckin off percs..I was just saying anything." She watched Benjamin groan infront of her and get up. "You know you meant that thoug-" She was soon cut off by Benjamin as he let out a sigh. "Riyah, we promised not to do shi like this..and I don't want a relationship. You know we can't try for a relationship, you already gettin hurt."

Sariyah knew that Benjamin has told her this many times but she didn't care. She felt like somewhere in their hearts, they could make a relationship work. It took Riyah a while to actually get off the topic as she gave up and decided to go to bed. "Alright bro." She mumbled and walked to the kitchen to get herself a glass of water before going to sleep.

Benjamin felt like she would finally understand where he was coming from. Now, he was looking over the pale brownskin girl in a white gown as he heard constant beeps in the background. This made Benjamin feel terrible about everything, but what could he have done? Dated her just to make her happy? She would still get hurt either way.

Benjamin took a minute to look at her face, it reminded him of all the times Sariyah would carry a million lips glosses with her. That made him chuckle a bit. "Nigga, all this lipgloss you got and your lips is mad ashy now." He caught himself saying out loud, making him look around to make sure none of the nurses heard him. "Probably not een listening." He chuckled a little before letting out a loud laugh.

He laughed for a while, till he realized something wet rolling down his cheek. "Damn Riyah.." He mumbled and looked up at the tiled ceilings before looking back down. "Even though I said we was just fucking, you definitely were more than just a link to me." He paused as he felt the tears began to come down way more than before.

"I just can't date you, you're going to get hurt..and you know that." He went on, "You know how my career is and I wouldn't want you to get hurt like that." He stopped and got his coat to get ready to leave. "Just know that, I love you and if I wasn't in this situation..I would say yes." He looked at her face for one last time before planting a quick kiss on Sariyah's cheek.

After he left the room, he heard many nurses rushing to a room but he couldn't tell if it was Sariyah's. Until he heard a voice, specifically Sariyah's voice but still he continued to walk..he felt like he was just leading her on if he stayed. But he turned around once he heard one of the nurses yell his name. "Mr. Philips! Would you like to see Ms. Young? She's awake now." Benjamin gave the nurse a quick smile but shook his head, "nah, just tell her I said goodbye." He replied and continued walking.

"That nigga said wha-?" Sariyah looked at all the nurses in her face as she boiled in anger and disappointment. "I'm sorry Ms. Young, but he's leaving..he told me to tell you goodbye." One of the nurses said to her, making her raise her eyebrows. "You're lying..he didn't say that!" She said as she pushed away the nurses around her and made her way out the door.

She was now running down the halls as nurses chased after her. "Benjamin stop fucking playing!" She yelled after the boy who was farther down the hall, obviously trying to ignore her. "Autumn!" She constantly yelled but he just didn't bother to turn around. This made her even more hurt but there was no point, he was already across the street as he opened the door to his black jeep and got inside.

At this point, Sariyah was just standing at the door. The nurses finally caught up to her as they tried to walk her back to her room but she didn't budge. Eventually she was moving in a wheelchair down the halls as a lot of people started at her as if she was crazy. She didn't care, she felt empty inside anyways. Why would he leave her like that?
