Ready or Not (Mindless Behavior)

Chapter 13

I grabbed a rubber band off of Prince's dresser and pulled my black curls out of my eyes and put it in a big bun. I slipped on my gray Hello Kitty shirt and matching pants, I looked in the mirror and saw a set of eyes peeking behind the door. I turned around and the eyes disappeared, I knew it had to be Roc since everyone else was asleep. I heard footsteps thumping on the ground fast and hard and a door slamming. I went to Roc's room and saw him reading a magazine upside-down.

"Nice try, Roc." I said sarcastically

"What you talkin' bout?"

I walked over to he bed and turned the magazine right-side up and started shaking my head.

"You ready?" He said in a deep slow voice

"Um ready for what?" I said nervously

"To go to sleep..what you was thinkin' of?

I looked down and when I looked back up he gave me the "spongebob" face (look at pic on right)

"I knew what you was thinkin' of, ya lil nasty!"

"It felt like you wanted to do the same the way you bit yo lip earlier!" I giggled and lied beside him

"Oh I just did that to mess with Prod head." He picked my head up and lied his arm under it.

"Dang you gotta big head!" He said pulling me closer

I hit him in his chest. "You can't talk about nobody lemonhead!"

"So you crackin' now?"

"Yep you ain't gon do nothin' about it!" I said sticking my tongue out

"Oh really?"

"Yep!" I said still sticking my tongue out. Before I could move he jumped up and pinned my arms down. "Get off me Roc!" I said struggling to move my arms out

"Say I'm the best dancer in Mindless Behavior!"

"You're the best dancer in Mindless Behavior!" He got off of me and lied back down. "But not better than Prod!"

"Haha goodnight!" He gave me a kiss on my forehead

"Goodnight Roc."I said snuggling back into his chest
