Elliott woke up on a Friday morning feeling tired. From the kitchen, you could hear her mom, Janet, yelling at her brother, Sebastian for god knows what. This was a typical morning, waking up to her yelling at someone for her mess. Elliott sighed, got up and walked over to her very messy closet where she pulled out a short sleeved dark green shirt and some ripped jeans. she grabbed her hoodie sitting on her desk chair and some navy blue scuffed up converse shoes. Running a brush quickly through her wavy shoulder length hair, she reached for her bag sitting on the floor next to her bed. She checked the time once more before running downstairs to leave for school.
"Elliott, you dumbass, you're gonna be late if you don't hurry up!" Janet yelled from across the house. Elliott sighed knowing she still had like 30 minutes to get to school before she would be considered ‘late’.
She walked out of the house and headed for school. Mornings consisted of walking to a park, meeting up with Rose and Zephyros and then walking with her to another park where they would meet up with Phoenix, Zenith and Apollo.
Elliott arrived at the first park where she found the two sitting on a park bench.
“Whats up guys, lets go”
Rose looked up with a look of annoyance on her face.
“Well, good morning to you too”
“Lets go, come onnn”
The three continued on their walk to the next park while talking about how much they disliked school. After about five minutes of walking, they had arrived at the next park finding Apollo and Zenith sitting on the swings listening to music while Pheonix was standing against the swing set.
“Come on losers, lets go”
After Elliott yelled at the three, she heard a loud sigh coming from Phoenix as she grabbed the bag sitting against her leg and started walking over. The rest of the walk to school was pretty uneventful apart from some complaining and some laughing.
