LOUIS' POV
Louis stayed the night at Lottie's home, he felt safe there. The next morning Louis had a lot going through his head, and he decided he had to end it all and start over again. He understands this has been going on for far too long and can't tolerate it any longer; it's better for him and Harry.
Louis calls his manager, "Hey Caleb, I need to talk to you about something. When are you available?"
His new management is far better than his previous one; they all support him.
"I'm free right now," Caleb responds.
"No, not just now. How about noon?" Louis suggests.
"That's something we can do. I'll arrange for us to meet at noon. Do we need to meet in person, or will an online meeting suffice?" asks Caleb.
"Online is fine. Send me an email and we'll chat later. See ya." Louis adds as he hangs up the phone. Louis meets Lottie in the dining room, he wants to her support on what he is about to do.
"Hey Lots, morning," Louis says giving her a tiny hug.
"Morning Lou. Did you sleep well?" she asks.
"I slept okay. Thanks for letting me stay," Louis replies.
"You don't have to thank me, Lou," she replies as she pours him a glass of juice.
"Thanks. Listen, umm, I'm going to do something that will make quite a stir. I just- I need you on my side," Louis adds, taking her hand in his.
"Unless you do something stupid," Lottie says with a chuckle.
"I'm not kidding, Lottie. This is not stupid, and I am not doing anything stupid, I think. This will help us later." Louis remarks.
Lottie gives him an encouraging grin and adds, "Don't worry, I'm on your side."
"All right, I'll get going," Louis replies as he stands from his seat.
"No, stay," Lottie says, her eyes pleading.
"I have a meeting at noon, or else I would have," Louis responds, planting a kiss on her forehead. "See ya later sis!" he says as he walks out the door and drives back home to prepare for the meeting. He gets home and takes a lengthy shower before getting ready for the meeting. Time flies by, and it's almost noon. He prepares some tea, takes his laptop, and checks his email inbox for the meeting link before joining it. Not long after his manager joins the meeting too.
"Hey Louis, how has your day been so far?" Caleb asks, Louis' manager.
"Hey, it's been alright. How are you?" Louis replies.
"It's been good. What did you need to discuss with me?" Caleb inquires.
"Um, I was thinking to end the stunt," Louis says.
"What stunt?" Caleb asks with furrowed brows.
"Eleanor and me," Louis replies biting his lip nervously.
"Yeah sure," Caleb says without thinking. "I'll talk to Eleanor as soon as I can," he adds.
"Wait, that's all? I don't have to convince you?" Louis asks confused.
"It's your life, Louis, if you don't want to stunt anymore, I understand and respect that," Caleb says.
"Thank you so much! This is great. I was worried you wouldn't understand," Louis responds.
"Oh, don't sweat it. It will, however, take some time. I mean, we need to put together a plan. It's been a long stunt, over ten years, so we need a solid story." Caleb explains.
