Person A is about to leave for work. Person B asks them if they've forgotten anything, and Person A gives them a kiss. Person B turns red and opens their hand to reveal Person A's keys/wallet/etc., saying 'I meant this, but thanks.'

While living with Sigma in the casino was near paradise, it very quickly became quite an inconvenience for your daily commute to work.
It meant that you had to wake up earlier than usual, only to sit on trains and busses for well over an hour bored out of your mind. But it also meant that you had the pleasure of coming home and being able to fall straight into his arms again.
This was more than enough reasoning for you to endure the boredom that awaited you. The very thought of seeing him after a rough day with his small smile sent your heart fluttering.
Your hand slowly caressed Sigma's sleeping face, cupping his cheek.
Even while doing something as simple as this, he still mesmerized you with his elegance. His forehead was covered in a mix of his lilac and white hair while his eyes were closed, not forcefully but in a gentle way, like he was in such a peaceful state.
You loved seeing him like this, in comparison to his more tense and confidant demeanour while at work. It was almost a relief that he was this trusting if you to see him so vulnerable.
It was a shame that it had to end so soon, throwing your legs off the edge of the bed. You flinched upon contact with the cold floor.
Making a mental note to buy yourself slippers so you didn't have to suffer every morning, you looked up at the large clock on the wall opposite the bed, only to then notice that you'd spent far too long admiring your love.
Now, you were running slightly behind on your schedule. There goes the chance to shower before work.
You often found that even if you were already clean, a quick shower usually woke you up properly, it signified the start of your routine. Put you in a more productive mindset.
Running your hand through your hair and sighing, you couldn't help but become frustrated at yourself. You had very little motivation today. While most days you often struggled to find the power in yourself to get moving, you felt completely and entirely drained this time.
This cursed body of yours refused to move at all, and instead you could feel the warm sheets attempting to pull you back in.
You began to contemplate calling in sick. The sheer thought of cramped public transport leaving little to no room to breathe and your unbearable co-workers performing their usual childish antics made your blood boil.
It wasn't that you were tired of it, well you were but more than anything you couldn't wrap your head around the fact that other people besides you and Sigma existed.
