Meera had just arrived at the Luthra house and she headed to the kitchen to drop her bag but as she stepped closer and closer to Vikram's room she heard slow whispering so she stepped closer
"Mom...if you had told me there was a beautiful girl as foolish as ahana I would have never believed but that Ahana she is so naive she doesn't even realize my little tricks"saying this Vikram laughed out loud
"I know right.. but she is going to make our job easier,just marry her ,get her share if the Luthra properties and boom divorce her"Meenakshi joined her son as they laughed evily
Hearing the recording Meera gave to him,Rehan threw the phone and it broke into pieces"my.. phone"Meera gasped "you have destroyed The evidence"hearing this Rehan came back to his senses "sorry, I'll replace your phone..I got too angry,how dare him insult my sister,how dare him make fun of her "
"I know what he's doing is wrong but what evidence do we have now that the phone is destroyed"Meera asked"I don't need evidence to convince my mom to call off this engagement"saying this Rehan walked off heading to his mom's room"mom?"he called
"Yes,Rehan"his mother answered"have a seat"she said as she was selecting the saree for ahana's engagement which was taking place the next day"Rehan,how is this lehenga"she asked holding up a blue floral designed saree
"Mom..I need to talk to u about something very important"Rehan said with a serious face ,his mom immediately sat down and waited for Rehan to speak"ma it's about Vikram he..."Rehan told her all that happened
"And who told you all this rubbish uh"Anjali asked as she flared up in anger"mom calm down..Meera told me this,she even provided evidence but as I said before I destroyed it in anger"Anjali clapped sarcastically"bravo Rehan...you trust that maid, how could you be so foolish"Rehan tried to speak but Anjali stopped him"I don't want to hear anymore of this, later ahana's engagement is going to commence,she is very happy with Vikram and I don't want you or anyone ruining her happiness"Anjali said with an air of finality on every word

Meera had turned Vikram's room upside down searching for evidence but not finding any evidence she decided to leave but as she walked towards the door she accidentally hit the book shelf"great"she grumbled sarcastically as she started picking the books again she accidentally dropped a book and it fell open"who is this"she asked herself as she picked up a picture from inside the book ,in the pic Vikram was with a girl and they looked very happy,she turned the picture and there was something written on the back;my life,my love, Nandini
"Hm..I have a good feeling this is going to help"Meera smiled as she kept the pic back in it's place"time to inform Rehan"
