Jake's POV

I can't believe Johnnie actually let a ghost get attached to him. Now our house is basically haunted by some random ghost we barely know, but we can see him now. He's tall and athletically built with tattoos all over with bright green and light blue hair that's cut short in a sort of alternative style, not long enough to cover the guages in his ears. His eyes are a deep blue, and he has glasses. He's always wearing a black T-shirt, black pants, vans, and a studded belt. He definitely died at an age older than us, yet he seems like someone we would have been friends with. No words ever come from him, but I know there's a lot he wants to say and tell us. Johnnie still refuses to see how weird it is that were helping a ghost that might not actually even need help. It could just be here to kill us or something. "Jake!! Get in here, we need to figure out a plan!"
Seriously, we're doing this now?! It's only been a day! I trudged into the living room where Johnnie and that ghost had been sitting. "Do we really have to do this now? I was finally able to relax after having that ghost around." I whined as I sat next to Johnnie. "It's not like we'll be doing the plan after we make it. Now stop whining and help us get it planned out." Johnnie just ignored my silence after what he said as he continued to plan out things with that ghost, well, Chris. I guess I should start calling him that. I'm surprised he actually started speaking. Maybe he does talk more than I think, just not to me.. I don't really care anyway. He's been bothering me since he got here. Something about the Aura he gives off when he's around me is just.. Wrong. It doesn't feel like he's dangerous but I just can't trust it. Maybe I'm just paranoid? Doesn't matter now. I tuned back in after I heard them about using me. "Use me as bait? Seriously??" They wouldn't actually do that, right-? "Yep, we won't let you get hurt, baitman." He really just made a pun with my last name then smirked at me. "You can't just plan these things without asking me if I'm okay with them! I don't want to do that!" There's no way he's convincing me to be bait! I don't really plan on being murdered by an occult anytime soon. "Like I said, we won't let you get hurt. We'll attack while you distract them." Johnnie really wants me to do this.. "Fine. This better work." I can't believe I'm agreeing to do this. I know I'll regret it, but I can't say no to him.
