Chapter 4

Time jump 2 years later
Avery's pov:
I have been to almost every orphanage and from there they would send me to a "loving" family and I don't fit in with any of them they either care about me too much or they don't care about me enough they are sending me to a catholic orphanage that houses young orphans I will be staying there until I'm 18 and aloud to be on my own. A black car just pulled up in front of the place I was told to stay at and a man got out of the car I looked closer and saw it was Eddie the guy who had drove me to my first orphanage when I was 14 I'm 16 now but I ran up to him and gave him a big hug " oh my god Eddie it's so good to see you" I said smiling " it's really good to see you too" he said hugging me back with a smile on his face " so I'm really going to this catholic orphanage" I said " yeah I was sent here to take you it's about an 8 hour drive" he said " that is forever away but okay" I said while he held open the door and I got into the car. When I got into the car I situated my stuff this time I had a suitcase and a small backpack that had my phone and charger and some sketch books and pencils my suitcase just had clothes in it I got comfortable and looked up at Eddie " hey I'm going to take a nap wake me up when we stop at a rest stop" I said giving him a loving smile " of course" he said smiling back " you know Eddie I consider you the only family that I have" said still smiling " that is really nice that you i consider you my family too because my family got killed in the bombings as well" he said with a sad smile " I'm sorry" I said " it's okay at least I have you" he said " yeah you will always have me if you ever want to come visit me at the catholic orphanage your taking me too feel free I will always love your company" I said " why thank you Avery" he said smiling really big " your welcome Eddie goodnight" I said " goodnight I will wake you up in 2 hours for food and to use the restroom" he said " okay" I said before laying my head against the window it was kinda chilly out so the wind was nice and cold I put my jacket on so I would not be cold and I went right to sleep listening to the sound of the car moving.
