"Aonung?"
Aonung couldn't believe his ears
"N-Neteyam?" Aonung whispered.

"W-what happened?" Neteyams voice was very silent.

"Why are you here ? Where is Lo'ak?" Neteyam tried to sat up but sharp pain stopped him immediately.

Aonung pushed him down
"Neteyam please...you need to rest." Aonung grabbed Neteyams hand

He was scared that Neteyam gonna push him away.
But he didn't.
Neteyam squeezes Aonung hand.
"Why are you here Aonung?" Neteyam whispered.

"What kind of question is even that ...You think I would left you alone?" Aonung grabbed Neteyams other hand.

"I am so sorry Neteyam...for everything " Aonung said.
"I am sorry I just left that day..."
"I wasn't even there to help you...to stop them I-"
Before Aonung could end his sentence, Neteyam puts his hand on Anoungs mouth

"Shhh...stop blaming yourself" Neteyam said in low voice.

"It's okay Aonung...I understand....You will be a great husband." It was hard for Neteyam to say these words.

"Eula is going to be a happy woman."
"And I believe your children will have a beautiful eyes like yours" Neteyam knew that sometimes is better to let go of that one person.

He didn't want to
But he was tired.

"What are you talking about Neteyam?" Aonung asked.
You could hear the pain in his voice

"You know what I am talking about Aonung..." Neteyam couldn't look into his eyes.

Aonung couldn't listen to this anymore.

"Neteyam look at me..." Aonung said.
But Neteyam didn't want to, he was so close to crying.
"Neteyam please look at me" Aonung lightly touched Neteyams face.
He slowly tilted his head so he can look into his eyes.

"Yea I maybe would be a good husband"
"Maybe I would be a great father"
"And maybe my kids would have beautiful eyes"Aonung just smiled to himself.

It was hard for Neteyam.
Listening to Aonung who was talking about his future with someone else was painful.

"But I don't want Eula..." Aonung looked straight into his eyes.
"Did you picked different girl?" Neteyam asked.

Aonung chuckled.
He moved a bit closer to Neteyam.
"I want you Neteyam."
"I can't be without you...I feel so empty." Aonung said

Neteyam was shocked.
But his heart was happy

"You deserve someone better Aonung "Neteyam said while crying.

"You are an amazing avatar Neteyam..."

Aonung and Neteyam jumped a little.
Lo'ak was standing there.
"I am sorry I didn't want to interrupt...I just wanted to check on Neteyam if he is okay" Lo'ak said.

Lo'ak looks like he didn't slept for days...he has dark circles under his eyes.
And he looks like he lost some pounds as well.
Was he eating properly?

"Lo'ak are you okay ? You don't look healthy " Neteyam asked...he was concerned.

A tear appeared on Lo'ak cheek.
"I am gonna leave you two alone." Aonung kissed Neteyams forehead and stood up.

" I need to take care of something." Aonung patted Lo'aks shoulder before he left.

"I am so happy you are awake...I was so scared." He hugged Neteyam immediately.
"Don't do this to me ever again,do you understand dumbass?" Lo'ak teased
Neteyam chuckled.
"Hahah don't worry monkey, do you think I would left you ?"
"You aren't getting rid of me dear brother"

They just laughed with each other.

And Aonung?
He knew exactly what he needed to take care of
He still couldn't believe it
But he wants it
Revenge
