°Chapter One°

Wilbur's pov:

I'm warming up my voice with Tommy in my room because Lovejoy is having a recording session later tonight.

"What song should we start with?" Says Tommy.

I grab my guitar and say, "hmm..let's start with One Day, you know how to play it right?"

Tommy plays the first few keys on the piano until he gets it right. "Yeah I got it." he says.

"Alright." Wilbur said.

They start playing and Wil starts off the song.

Not even a second later Cassie walks through the front door, she doesn't seem happy.

Cassie's pov:

Why?! Why is Jared always at the coffee shop I go to when I get coffee?! He's there literally every time!!! And at the same time too!! God, why can't I Just never see him again???

I set down my keys and hear Tommy and Wilbur playing One Day by Wilbur's band, Lovejoy.

I've always loved Wil's voice.

Wilbur's pov:

I look up and see that Cassie doesn't look happy, but I mean that's her problem. If I try to comfort her she'll think I still have feelings for her...I don't...

Cassie's pov:

I go over to the fish tank and feed my- I mean our fish... Wilbur bought us fish when we were together because we wanted to get a pet, but with his band starting their tour, and me always gone... The pet would most likely die.
So we got fish.

"Hi, fishies are you hungry?" Cassie says in the cute baby talk voice

She gives them their food and goes to her room. As she walks past Wilbur's room she waves to Tommy, who waves back and messes up the song.

"Tommy!" Says Wilbur annoyed that he messed up. "Shit! Sorry! Cassie why did you wave at me??" Tommy says jokingly. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to disrupt, but why the hell would you wave back??" Cassie says laughing.

Cassie walks to her room and lies down while Wil and Tommy start a new song.

They sing for a while and then Tommy goes into Cassie's room, like an annoying little brother, and lays on top of her "ugh Tommy stop I can't breathe!" Cassie says muffled. Tommy gets up laughing "the rest of the band just got here so you want me to stay with you?" Cassie says "no! no! I want to go with let me go ask Mark."

"Oh? okay."Tommy says confused. Cassie never wants to come with.

Cassie gets up and sees Mark in the doorway. "Yes you can come." he says "oh thanks!" She lets out a chuckle and smiles walking to put her shoes back on.
