Tomioka's POV:

I don't wanna die, not yet. Then all of a sudden my eyes shoot open. Eh what a miracle?

"thank God you're awake Tomioka!"

Shinobu says to me.

" Shinazugawa is really worried about you y'know?" She smiled.

Him? Worried about me? As if.

I slowly got up. Looking at my wrapped up scars. hm. Interesting.

"Y'know , cutting your stomach wasn't the best way to go."

I look at her for a few minutes. I lift up my shirt and see them.

"Oh.."

She just stares at me.

"The master wants us to take sharp objects away from you."

"You can't be serious?"

He can't trust me with sharp objects anymore? I see why.

"That also means you can't go on missions for awhile unless absolutely needed because your sword is being taken away As well."

Really. My sword too? How will I protect Tanjiro and nezuko.

3 months pass , I'm 3 months clean, I haven't cut myself once. I'm quite proud of myself actually. Tho I feel kind of weak, my body feels weak. What is happening to me?

"Tomioka."

"Hm?"

It was sanemi, I wonder what he wanted.

"We have a mission together."

"Hm, oh. What rank is the demon?"

"We're not quite sure yet."

"Ah okay."

I get ready to go on the mission.

"I'm ready Shinazugawa."

"Good , you take fucking forever to get ready" He teased.

"Oh stop it"

Sanemi laughed and we both went on the mission.

"I wonder where this bastard is"

"Calm down Shinazugawa."

"Right whatever."

My eyes widen as I see something got thrown at Shinazugawa. I cut whatever it was thrown at him with my blade.

"Holy shit-"

"Always watch your surroundings." I say.

"Whatever smartass." He teased.

I actually giggled smh. I hate when I even come close to smiling. I wonder why sanemi is even being nice to me right now. Is it because he pitys me? No, he wouldn't. I'm just so confused.

"Tomioka!"

"Huh?"

"Focus"

"Right uh sorry"

The demon appears out of nowhere. It's a lower rank. It grabs sanemi and throws him into a building.

"Water breathing second form, water wheel!"

The demon somehow dodges my attacks and grabs me midair. Shit.

Flash back::
"Tomioka! What have I always told you! Keep your eyes on the target!!"
Flash back end:

Right! What sabito always told me, I need to focus on where I need to cut the demon, and if I can't get near that I have to make it where the demon is weak, but since it's a lower rank it'll be kinda hard because they regenerate quick. But he still has a hold of me and I dropped my sword. God damnit.

"Tomioka!!"

Tanjiro..he's here..no..if two of the hashira are getting wiped out by a lowermoon then he will be wiped out too. Is this even a lowermoon? My vision is blurry..I can't see it's eyes.

"Tanjiro! Please run! Get as far away as you can!"

After I said that I blacked out. I'm so useless. It's not a lower rank. It's an Upper Moon and a very well skilled one.

I soon slowly wake up on the ground. I hear faint yelling, fighting, and screams of pain. I can't move. I see a figure next to me. Who is it...tanjiro? No...maybe Shinazugawa?

"--omioka. Wake u--"

My heart beat is slowing down a bit, I can feel it. What did this damn demon do..I feel someone picking me up, where are they taking me? I really hope it's not a demon.
