I could tell my face was red as I ran back down stairs from Al's room

"What's wrong?" He asked

I quickly shook my head nothing

"O-oh right y-your parents?" I asked trying not to remember mine

"Yea"

(Sage POV)

"My parents weren't bad parents. They just were hardly ever there. My mom is a world class chef and my father is the owner of a lot of franchises. When they were home they both were still to busy to pay me any mind. My nanny was like a second mother to me but she...d-died a year ago from drowning. Anyway my parent used to spend time with me. We'd try and go on little family date but they were alway interrupted by paparazzi. They weren't bad parents it was just there jobs. I'll introduce you too them"

He looked at the ground the whole time but but he wasn't sad. I heard his voice crack talking about his nanny

"C-c-condolences for your l-lost" i said

"Thank you" he smiled

"What about your parents"

"Uhh they w-weren't the b-best" I started

"The l-left me and my s-sister 2 days ago. They t-told us not to c-call and d-do t-them a favor of s-staying out of t-their l-lives."

"I'm sorry"

"No it's o-okay it's my fault for b-being gay. They h-hated it every s-since I can out to the when I-I was 14 in the n-ninth grade." I said holding back the tear threatinig an escape

My face was grabbed roughly "Don't ever EVER say shit like that Sage. It's them who should be disgusted with themselves for not being able to love and care for their children because ones gay. That is not an excuse Sage, you are who you are and there is no changing it. I like you despite what other say especially 'Al with no piercings' or 'al in your nightmares say'. Do you understand me!?" He said staring me straight in my eyes

I could responded. I chuckled at his mentions of what i said last night an then I was sobbing like a 4 year old lost in Walmart. I'm such an emotional big baby.

I nodded and hugged Al so hard he tapped my shoulder as a surrender

"Don't kill me" we chuckled as I let him go, slouching back on the couch

"Can w-we watch a-Alice in the b-borderland" i sniffled

"Sure"

We cuddle up at the end of the couch. Me on my back and Al between my legs with his head on my belly and arms rubbing my sides

After the first season i thought it was over but it wasn't. Aguni, Arisu, and Chishiya were my favorites and they were really hot but I'll never tell Al that
