You placed the box, that you were holding, on the ground as you entered your new home, you took a minute to admire it.

It was a nice, not big but not even small cozy house with two floors.

The first floor was where the living room, kitchen and the bathroom were as you went up the stairs that led to the second floor.

The second floor had two empty, just the enough size rooms and another bathroom across them.

You smiled at yourself at the thought of finding just the perfect place for you and your best friend.

Yeah you'll have a roommate, you didn't feel like living alone and a long time ago you were planning on living with your bestie, hu tao.

Her place was too small for the both of you as she also had only one room, so the both of you decided to find a new home.

As the time, to finally leave your parents house, came, you took the chance and found a nice house for the two of you.

You never had the best relationship with your parents, they would always compare you with your friends and it would always make you feel so stupid.

A year ago hu tao had to move to a different town and change school because of her parents, that of course didn't stop y'all from hanging out, it was a bit tiring and the school was boring even more without her plus you didn't have a lot of friends there either.

So now you've moved into hu tao's town and transferred into her school.

You were pretty excited about it too, school begins in 4 days or so, you hoped it would be just enough time to prepare the house together with yourself.

You left out a long sigh before getting back to work, bringing in the rest of your stuff as the truck with your furniture will come tomorrow morning.

Your parents bought you some new ones like sofas, a tv, dining table and everything else.

It's like they'd do anything to move you out from their house, but you didn't mind it, you didn't want to see them either anyway.

You placed the soft mattress on the ground and started making your bed for tonight, getting your pajamas and bringing them with you to the bathroom.

You didn't feel like eating anything as you took your toothbrush, toothpaste, a towel for your face and another one for your body.

You walked to the bathroom, tying your hair and getting into the shower, washing your body slightly.

The shower felt nice and refreshing, just the thing you needed before going to bed.

As you finished, you stepped out of the shower and dried your body with the towel, happy sighs escaping your lips as the soft cloth ran over your skin.

After you got into your pajamas you started brushing your teeth and washing your face; doing your usual routine.

You got back to the living room, grabbing your earphones/headphones and playing music on your phone.

Plopping your body onto your temporary bed, laying down as you placed your hand under your head while facing the ceiling

You didn't realize your eyelids slowly closing as you soon drifted into the dreamland.

You woke up to loud bangs on your window as you groaned, taking off your earphones/headphones and getting up from the mattress.

You rubbed your eyes and tried recognizing the person at your window but your vision was still a bit blurry from the sudden awakening, the sun from the outside not helping either.
