The House at the End of Magpie Drive (Aug 2020)

Conclusion.

All was as it had always been at the house at the end of Magpie Drive. No one lived there, and no one would for a while. There were no signs of life having been there, but the house appeared to be in decent repair. No one knew for sure, but no one was willing to find out. Some said that a young man moved in and moved out six months later, but no one recalled him leaving. It must have been an illusion, or another branch of the story. Just like the chandelier pieces, hanging from that attic ceiling, sending tiny prisms dancing as if someone was inside.
