Retribution ~ punishment inflicted on someone as vengeance for a wrong or criminal act.

Recap: Unexpectedly, something fell on Carrie's head which was blood everybody was shocked, Riley and Everly had their mouth's agape but Everly covered her mouth. "Oh Carrie." Everly muttered. A night of bliss turned into a bloody night.

Carrie was so shocked by what was poured on her and even Tommy was stunned and yelled. "What the hell!" Beside Riley was Freida and George and beside the couple was Norma who just started to laugh.

Carrie's thought went through her head as she wanted to cry but her mother's words came to mind. "They're all gonna laugh at you! They're all gonna laugh at you! They're all gonna laugh at you!" More students started to laugh at her in reality.

"Plug it up! Plug it up!" Carrie also imagined Frieda and George were laughing at her but they actually weren't laughing at her.

"They're all gonna laugh at you!"

"Plug it up! Plug it up!" More of her bullies laughed at her and Helen almost fell over.

"They're all gonna laugh at you!"
"We're all sorry, Cassie. We're all sorry, Cassie." Mr. Morton words went through her mind as Mr. Morton in reality and in her mind was laughing at her. (IDRK -I Don't Really Know in case you don't know.)

"Trust me, Carrie. You can trust me." Miss Collins words went her mind but what Carrie was seeing was that Miss Collins was laughing as well. But in reality Miss Collins was upset by what really happened to Carrie.

"Riley, I need you to do something for me." Everly whispered to Riley who looked at her. "I need you to go to my place and tell my mom everything that happened tonight."

"Why?"

"Please just do it." Everly said and Riley nods at her. "I will."

The same words went through her mind but when Carrie looked at Everly and her date in her mind and in reality they weren't laughing at the girl. "I love you Carrie." Everly's words went through Carrie's mind. She looked dead set on Everly and her date and did something she wouldn't expect to do.

Riley felt something like a weight on them and he was raised up in the air as a door swung open and Everly squealed when she saw Riley being thrown out of the gym. He fell to the ground as the door closed up. "Evie, EVIE!" Riley rushed up the door and bang on the door, worried for his possible girlfriend.

Once Riley, Chris and Billy left the gym, Carrie made all the doors closed shut and turned off the stage lights, starting to scare some teens.

When Norma, her boyfriend Freddy DeLois and their friend Kenny Garson headed towards the door where when they opened the doors, Carrie made the doors try to crush both boys between the doors. Norma looked back and called out. "Help! Help!"
