Today was the first day of summer! I was so excited because I wanted to spend most of my summer break at the beach. I decided that since it's the first day of summer and everybody will be sleeping in, that I would get ready really early and head to the beach! I set my alarm clock for 7:45 so that I could be at the beach by 8:30. When I woke up, I went to the bathroom and washed my face and brushed my teeth. I didn't even bother to shower yet since I'll be outside all day. So I'll just shower later. Then after washing my face, I threw on some waterproof mascara and went back to my room. I put on my bikini, then put on my favorite white cover up, and then put my hair in a messy bun. Lastly, it was time to pack a bag. I grabbed my PINK Victoria secret beach bag, threw a towel in, some sunscreen, a granola bar, a water bottle, and my favorite sunglasses. Then I grabbed my flip flops and headed out the door. When I got to the beach, there was only a couple groups of people there. No biggy. I found a nice spot to set my towel down on and took my cover up. As I took my cover up off, I noticed a group of guys staring at me. I waved just to be friendly. They waved back, and I do have to admit that they were pretty hot. I just ignored it and laid down. About 5 minutes later, I heard "heads up!" I lifted my head and boom! A football hit me right in the head. One of the boys came over to me and said "I am so sorry! I'm hayes." I got up and handed him the football. "Hi hayes. I'm y/n! And it's fine it happens all the time." I said letting out a slight laugh. He did as well. "Hey um can I have your number?" Hayes asked rubbing the back of his neck. "Yeah! Of course!" I said back adding my contact name as y/n😏 and his name that he put in my phone was hayes😚. I laughed a little as I looked at the contact he put. "Hayes!" One of the other guys called out to him. "Be right there!" Hayes replied back. "Well I better get going. Text ya later!" He said smirking. "Bye hayes!" I said smirking back at him. Then I laid back down on my towel, and kept on thinking about hayes. 💭🙈
