Waking up

Kat's POV

I see the light its like more closer now its so bright that it hurts my eyes. I'm like a two blocks away from it. At this moment I don't even know if I should run to it or just walk to it I really want to get there already I'm like so happy my heart is pounding very fast. Right when I'm standing next to this huge light I see my mother standing there happy and giving me a thumbs up and says "go on". And I also see my nanny who is hugging me mom. I try to run to them but I can't I just feel something pushing me inside of the light thing as I'm screaming "Mom". I sit up in this weird bed. I look to my right side to see these machines beeping. I look around to see this group of people smiling at me they look like doctors.

"May I help you?" I say as they start clapping and cheering they are also hugging each other. This tall man that looks like his in his early 30's says "She's awake we did it!" 

"Were glad your awake" The tall man says.

"Oh umm thanks I guess." I say I kinda knew in that moment I had been in comma but I didn't know how long maybe for a week or a month nothing to worry about. 

"So now that I'm awake when can I leave?" I ask the doctor man.

"Um maybe tomorrow we have to check that you are well enough to leave. Do you know how you got here?" He asks me.

"Well I was going to a date with my boyfriend and then this car didn't stop and it ran me over I think I just blacked out when I saw it coming towards me." I said as he was surprised that I remembered.

"Um yes that is exactly what happened I will call the councilor to come and talk to you about some stuff." He said as he got up and headed to the door I said "okay" and he left.

Moments later this man comes in he looks more younger than the other guy.

"Hello I'm Mr.Park and I'm the councilor for the hospital." He said as he stretched his hand to me. I shacked it and said "nice to meet you but umm I kinda hungry." He starts to laugh gets up and bring me an apple from a fridge that was in the room.

"Okay so now we have to talk about some stuff I will go as slow as I can so you won't miss a thing or get to excited.

"I don't get excited very easily." I say 

"Good okay so were do I begin?" He tells himself.

"Has Zayn came or has he called." I tell him as he looks at me.

"I'll talk about that at the end." He says as he remembers where to begin. "Okay so how long do you think you blacked out?" He says

"Umm like about weeks maybe 1 month or 3 months." I say as he looks shocked at my response his eyes get widen and says "oh my Katerina it's 2014." He says as my apple falls from my hand and I'm lost.

"What that would mean I have been out for 3 years?" I say scarred to know the answer.

"Yes Katerina you have been out for 3 years you are now 19 years old." He says as he gets up.

"Maybe another time will be better I should go." Mr.Park says as he heads for the door.

"No I need to know what has been happening these past years." I tell him as he comes and sits on the chair again.

"Okay well first of all you need to know that the police caught the persons who did this to you it was a guy named Max Gallen and a young lady named Nayeli." He says as I get shocked at what he tells me that bitch wanted to kill me so she sent her cousin.

"Are they in jail?" I ask 

"Oh yes they both are and they both got sentenced for 20 years." He tells me as I feel relieved thank god I won't have to see her or deal with her no more. That bitch is so crazy.
