Chapter 4: The note

It has been 6 months since you started attending Nevermore, so you and Xavier have been friends for a long time.

During class, all you could think about is the note that Xavier wrote you. You were wondering what he wanted to talk about. What if he doesn't want to be my friend anymore. I am overthinking too much. I couldn't wait for class to end. After 15 mins, the bell had rung. You decided that you were going to head back to your dorm and get ready to head to Xavier's at 8:00pm. You decided to take a quick nap.

You went to sleep at 3:30pm, it is currently 7:15pm. You get to quickly make your bed, and start getting ready to go see Xavier. You change in sweatpants and a hoodie, you put your hair into a claw clip, you put on your shoes, and head out the door. The time is currently 7:55pm. You are walking down the hallway towards Xavier's room.

5 minutes later...
You finally arrive at Xavier's dorm. You knock on the door. As it swung open, you see Xavier with sweatpants and a t-shirt on, smiling. "You actually showed up". Xavier said. "You actually thought that I would have stood you up like that, I am shocked". You say as you gasp. "Come in". Xavier says as you walk through the door.

"You decorated your room very nicely!". You say. "Thank you". Xavier says. "Sit on the bed with me". Xavier says. "Ok?". You say, sitting down on the bed. "I have something very important to tell you, I have been putting this off for a while because I didn't know how I felt at the moment, but I know exactly how I feel know". Xavier says.

"Is there something wrong Xavier?" You say. "No, nothing is wrong. I just want to say something to get it off of my chest". Xavier says. "Ok, what is it?". You say. " Yn, I, I like you, but not just like like you. I think I love you". Xavier says. You sit there in complete shock because you couldn't comprehend that Xavier, the famous painter of the school is in love with Wednesday Addams's cousin. You look up at Xavier, then at the floor.

"Sorry if I made you uncomfortable, I didn't mean to, I know that you probably don't feel the same wa... You interrupt him with a kiss. The kiss wasn't long, but it wasn't short either. You actually enjoyed it. You pull away, looking at Xavier. "I love you too Xav". You say. Xavier smiles at the nickname that you gave him.

"So does that mean we are a thing?" You say. "I mean, do you want to be a thing?" Xavier says scooting closer to you". "Ya, I do". You say, looking into Xavier eyes. "Me too". Xavier says as he pulls you into a kiss, putting his hand on your cheek. You pull away after a while, because you realize how late it is. "I have to go to bed Xavier, but I will see you in the morning". You say.

"Ok darling". Xavier says as he pulls you into one more kiss before you leave. "Bye my love". You say. "Bye sweetheart". Xavier says, smirking and winking at you. Leaving chills down your spine as you leave his room. Making your way back to yours.
