Shayla landed her ship near one of the hundreds of escape pods that landed, she turned on her ships cloaked, making sure no humans seen her yet and landed near a spot that overlooked the escape pod turning on her cloak, she exited out of her ship and leapt towards the trees until she got close enough to scan the ship to see if there was anyone in there," The human left", she got closer to see if she can find a way to track him luckily enough her masked found a trail of the humans' footprint. She inwardly chuckled " I have you now".

Alex P.O.V.
Alex kept running from the alien ship that shot him down, hoping humanity will find him before whatever searching him would. He kept running until he felt like he couldn't run no more, thinking he has a huge distance from whatever was on that ship he decided to sit down for a minute to relax his legs he breathed trying to calm himself down saying " Haah Why did I decided to do this stupid trip", he chuckled at his predictament until he heard something growling near him in the bushed he took out his pistol and survival knife aiming at water is in there, finally whatever was there came out.

Alex started to step back very carefully, noticing how enormous the creature was " O-Ok you're a b-big one arent you", it hissed at him, stepping closer to him. Every time he backs up the creature goes near him, He put his pistol up and shot near it to maybe scare it off that was not the case instead it launched itself at Alex trying to slash him. At the last second. He jumped out of the way, and the creature's arms made contact with one of the trees slashing it in half. Alex unloaded his pistol at the creature missing some of the shots but at least he landed three of it. This only made the creature furious. At that moment Alex made a run for it "OH SHIT, OH SHIT, OH SHITTT", he screamed in fear he turned to see where the creature was and saw that it was gaining speed behind him, he turned back and noticed there was a big cliff at the end of the trail he also noticed multiple vines connecting the trees " This has to be a stupid idea", he used whatever energy he had left to make the leap and grabbed the vines he caught one luckily it hold him but not for long he heard a screech and saw the creature on the other side screeching at him he carefully made it to the other side of the cliff away from the monster he looks at it once more to flick it off, "haah haah fuck you ", he said tiredly he turned away and started to walk he kept hearing the creatures screeching and then all of the sudden it went quiet he curiously turned back to notice that the creature wasn't there anymore.
" Where the hell did it go", he said in a frightened voice he heard the loudest crunch and saw blood spilling from the trees at that moment something dropped near him he look at what it was, and it's the creatures body and from the looks of it, it's missing its head. The smell that came of from it was terrible he puked from just the smell. He then heard clicks and growls all over the trees he then saw a metal arrow land near his groin, at that moment he got back up and started run again.
P.O.V. Shayla
Shayla sigh, putting her bow back thinking this prey isn't even worth killing, she was secretly hoping her prey would be challenging, but at the same time she always wanted to see the what the humans are like since they are the ones who manage to provide a challenge or so she heard from different hunters, she sighed and place her new trophy on her belt she turned on her vision to follow the human trail, she'll kill him quick and then head back to the mothership maybe the matriarch can give her a greater prey to kill. she put out her wrist blades and gave to the chase
Alex P.O.V.
Alex kept running his heart was beating furiously, he didn't know what to do but to get as fast away from whatever is following him, he heard her clicks and growls from everywhere he ran so much that he didn't see an waterfall with a 80 foot drop coming, when he realize, it was too late" oh OHH SHIIIIIIT", he fell off the cliff and into the water painfully he landed on the water painfully, luckily he still manage to crawl out of the lake into muddy land he rested for a bit knowing he was far away from whatever was looking for him until he heard a giant splash on the river he was in, he turned and noticed something electric was there he crawled desperately away from the mud and muck was covering him from head to toe at this point, noticing the mud and the area he put himself between these overgrown root himself blending finally he got a look of whatever was following him and notice that whatever it was it was an invisible female whatever made her invisible kept going on and off " I guess whatever she's wearing shorts out in water", he said to himself the woman got out of the water and went in front of him, Alex prayed to any and all deities at this point hoping this woman doesn't see him finally he heard her do a loud roar indicating that maybe she is mad.
"I HAD THE HUMAN RIGHT WHERE I WANT HIM AND INSTEAD OF KILLING HIM, I'M RIGHT BACK WHERE I STARTED", Shayla punched through a tree in anger, Alex paled at the thought what she could do to him, she huffed in anger, she took some deep breaths calming herself down and in those moments she started think and realized something, this was gonna be a challenge, she inwardly grinned, Alex saw her pressed some buttons on her wrist and in a moment he heard a voice echoing the trees " Humaaaan I know your heeere", Shayla voice was echoing everywhere, Alex was desperately trying to stay perfectly still, " I must say you manage to evade me, not a small task, but make no mistake there is one way this will end me above you ripping your spine out and putting your head in my trophy room, today you survived, tomorow the hunt begins do make it challenging", Alex felt fear this crazy, tall female wants to kill him, for what, he didn't know, finally he noticed her leaving but before she dropped a small device in ground it started making beeping noise, she leapt into the trees before saying in the speakers "Try not to perish yet", the beeping went quicker, Alex realized what she meant and in that moment he sprinted as far as he can, the device the exploded the force pushed Alex forward luckily he landed on the soft grass, he got back up to see the river and saw that there was no river anymore everything became torched. He took deep breaths trying to calm himself and remembered his emergency beacon maybe someone got a hold of his signal he reached for his pocket to get it and it wasn't there he started checking all of them until he realized that he left it at the emergency pod.
Frustration overtook him he didn't know what else to do he wanted to scream in anger but didn't since she could still be around, so he punched the nearest tree as hard as he can, hurting himself in the process he grabbed his hand in pain. He had to get the emergency beacon it was his only way home he then look back up at the cliff that he fell down from "I guess I'm really doing this ".
