The couple was in the convenience store once again, looking for some fidgets for the male. Just in case he wanted to be by himself or if he was stressed between anything. Maybe some chewy necklaces, chew toys or some stimulants. Taehyung looked some fidgets up on his phone, finding something else. “..huh.” he clicked on it. “Hey, Yoongi?” Yoongi looked over at his lover, walking up to him. “How can I help?’
“I found something that-”
Yoongi stopped Taehyung, his head going to the front of the store. “Do you hear that?” he asked quietly. Taehyung listened, not hearing anyrhing. “What’s wrong?” Yoongi squinted his eyes. “It’s the sound of horses approaching.” Figuring out what was going on as his eyes widened. “Shit, they’re here for me.”
“Who?”
“The King and Queen. I’ve told you, they’re searching for me.” Taehyung scoffed. “They are not. You’re being silly.” A customer gasped. “The Queen of Daegu!” The other customers wondered as they spoke to each other in whispers, walking out to take pictures and videos. Yoongi walked out with Taehyung to watch. “Why is mother here?” he asked himself. “I am looking for my son, Min Yoongi. Does anyone know of his coordinates?” Yoongi walked up to the Queen, bowing to her. “Mother, why are you here?” His mother got down from the horse, giving Yoongi a hug. Yoongi widened his eyes, shocked. He had never got a hug from his mother, as a son or a person. Hugging back, he rested his head on her shoulder. “Please come back, son. We really need you back at the palace, your sisters miss you.” The Queen looked at her son, taking hold of his arms.
Yoongi stared at her. “We feel so bad about neglecting you when you were younger. I’m so sorry for making you run away.” He saw a camera come into view, looking at it. “Go. I want to speak to my mother, please.” The cameraman backed away and recorded them from afar for the news channel, and everyone was tuning in. Yoongi looked at his mother, his arms hanging to his sides. “I..”
“Please, son. We will take care of you, nurture to you. Make you feel like a prince again. And then, you can take over.”
“What happened to father?”
“He’s passed, Yoongi.” Yoongi felt his heart shatter into pieces. He always looked up to his father ever since he was a young prince. “What..? Mother..I-I can’t. I live here now. M-my boyfriend takes care of me, he’s given me a home, clothes, food.” he rubbed his arm. “I know you don’t like homosexuals..but I am one.” The queen shook her head. “It doesn’t matter. Just as long as you’re my son, and I love you so much. Think about it..okay?” Yoongi sighed and nodded before hugging his mother one last time. Walking off to where Taehyung was, seeing his shocked face. “Yeah..uh-”
“I’m dating a Prince who ran away?”
“..yeah.” He rubbed the back of his neck, walking back into the store as he then looked to the side, immediately getting hit by a signs corner that made him fall, a cut on his nose and cheek forming blood. Taehyung rushed in and helped him up, seeing the blood and the cut. “Oh my god. Let’s get you some treatment.” He quickly walked Yoongi to the car, seeing flashes of cameras and the news channel. “Please, I need to get him to the doctor for treatment.”
“What is your relationship with the Prince?”
“I’m dating him. Now please, move.” Taehyung drove off once everyone moved and started driving to the hospital. “You need to be more careful, babe, watch where you’re going.” Yoongi let out a breath of despair, whispering quietly. “It hurts, Tae. It hurts real bad.”
“I know. We’ll get you to the hospital, get you all fixed up and then get you some rest, okay?”
“Okay.”
...
“The doctor said you need to take care of your eye everyday, or else you may go blind.”
Yoongi sighed and nodded, taking off the bandages as Taehyung dabbed some rubbing alcohol on it. Yoongi hissed at the pain. “I know it hurts. It’s to help with the germs and bacteria. Here’s a lollipop to distract you.” Taehyung pulled a cherry flavored lollipop, getting the youngers attenion. “Lollipop?” he heard him ask, smiling gently. “Yes, and it’s cherry flavored. Taking the lollipop and staring at it, the prince removed the cover and stuck it in his mouth as he sucked on it. “Yummy.”
“Is it?”
“Yeah.” Taehyung finished as he dried off the youngers nose, placing small plastic wraps over the cut. “How did this even happen?” Yoongi shrugged. “I don’t know. I was just walking, and didn’t see the sign. Is it bad?”
“No. Not really, just a small cut.” Taehyung tried to get him to not look at the mirror inside of the bathroom. Yoongi tried to look, but was stopped by hands on his cheeks. “Your cheeks are so squishy.” Careful not to touch the cut on his cheekbone, Taehyung rubbed his hair, pecking the front of his button nose. “You’re adorable with your blonde hair, your adorable button nose and cat shaped eyes. You’re just so cute, aren’t you?” Yoongi giggled at the compliments, his face heating up. “What a cutie. Look at you, so cute and adorable, your smile is soooo so pretty! You’re such a pretty prince.” He smiled brightly and hid his face. “Stopp you’re making me shy.”
“But it makes you cuter!~”
Yoongi laughed when Taehyung started tickling him, his smile widening as his laughs becoming higher pitched. Taehyung stopped and got curious. “Yoongi?” Yoongi looked up at him, tilting his head. “Yes?” he asked. “What’s this? My head feels fuzzy. I feel..childish. I want to play with toys.” he said to his boyfriend, smiling. “Like..?”
“Maybe some bouncy balls, or..whatever kid toys there is.”
“Wait. Are you regressing?”
He tilted his head once again. “What’s regressing?”
Listening to his explanation, he nodded along with it. “I don’t think there’s a reason to not try it.” Taehyung smiled and picked the younger up, setting him on his feet. “Now, what first? I have some stuffed animals, see what you like and what you don’t like.”
“Sure.”
