We had camped out that night and then the next morning i awoke. Then I looked to my side and noticed Catrinna was gone. I looked all over and now I remembered. She's been talking about forever....She left to go survive on her own. But she left me a note. "Sam, even though I have left does not mean i will be gone forever. One day you are bound to see me again and when I do I'll remember you. Never forget that I love you and I never want you to forget that. So I guess this is it.....goodbye...."
After that I realized I might as well just go. So I continued on the dusty road not sure we're I'm going next. Just remembering when it all started...the outbreak...
