I love you so

Kitty was older now, her older siblings were grown. "Mom! Mom!" Carmen cried out. "What is it, Carmen?" Nix asked while washing dishes. "I'm pregnant!" She wasn't ready to be a mother.

"My God, Carmen!" Nix rushed over to her pregnant daughter and comforted her. "Mom? What's wrong?" Thiago walked in, holding Kitty's little white paw. "Carmen's expecting." Nix smiled to her children. The family had a big group hug.

Those weeks were unbearable for Carmen, she was always in pain. Nix wasn't in as much pain as her beautiful daughter was. She knew something was wrong.

Kitty met up with Valeria later that day. "How's your sister, Kit-Kat?" She walked with Kitty down to the small park. "Not so well." Kitty replied sadly.

"She's in pain all the time and the mood swings are terrible." Kitty layed on the bench. "Aw. That's too bad." Valeria tried to comfort her friend. "I'm sure y'all are excited, right?"

Kitty nodded. "That's all that matters." Valeria smiled happily. Kitty saw Thiago running to the park to the girls. "Thi?? What's wrong?" Kitty asked her brother who's trying to catch his breath. "Carmen is giving birth!" He grabbed the girls and took them both back to the house. They heard Carmen screaming and shouting in agony.

After awhile, silence hit. "Kitty, you and your little friend can come in." Nix had a sad smile on her face. The girls walked in to see a sickly mother cat and lifeless kittens, except one.

"Kitty. If you're ever one day day mother, be a good one." Carmen could barely get out through gasps. "I love you so." Her eyes closed and she rested soundly. Kitty started to cry, she had a close relationship to her sister. Carmen's mate walked in. "Zack." Kitty cried out and hugged her brother in-law. "It's okay, Kit." Zack also had a close relationship to Kitty and Thiago.

"I'm here for my kitten." He sighed and walked over to the kitten that was still alive. A female. Looked just liked him but had her mother's eyes.

Zack is a black cat with a patch of white on his back. He's real sweet and loved Carmen very much.

He said his goodbyes and took his daughter. Kitty knew he would be a good father.

"I love you so." Kitty started to cry. "Please let me go." She cried and hugged Valeria. Valeria comforted her friend.

That was a sad day.
