(21) Firsts

The last few months has been hectic and difficult but also fun for Yumi and Youngjae.

While Youngjae is getting ready for a Japanese comeback with GOT7, Yumi is staying home taking care of their 6-month-old son, who is absolutely adorable.

He is already loved by everyone in their company.

DaeHan has yet to meet the fans but from the pictures on almost all of the GOT7 members, he is already adored enough.

Like who wouldn't love a cute and adorable baby boy.

The day that Yumi has to go to LA is coming up soon, and she is going to bring DaeHan with her since his appa isn't going to have enough time to take care of him.

As Yumi carries DaeHan around the house getting all of their things together for LA, DaeHan starts to clap and says something that isn't really clear.

When he continues to say things, DaeHan says something that shocks her the most...

"Umma." DaeHan says while clapping and smiling a toothless cute smile.

Yumi kisses her son on the cheek and puts down what she was holding and gets her phone to call her husband.

"Yeobo!"

"Wae? Gwenchana?"

"Ne, oppa, DaeHan said his first word."

"Was it "appa?" Yumi could hear that her husband was smiling.

"Ani, it was "umma". DaeHan-ah, "umma."

"Um-Umma." DaeHan repeats cutely.

"Yeobo, mianhae, I have to go but yeobo saranghaeyo, DaeHan-ah, appa

saranghaeyo."

DaeHan hearing this starts to clap.

After Youngjae hangs up, Yumi puts DaeHan down and starts to pack again.

Once Yumi finally arrives in LA, her manager gets their stuff while Yumi puts DaeHan into a stroller.

Since they had free time today, Yumi, DaeHan and her manager decides to drive around the city.

Soon it was getting late, so they head back to their hotel and Yumi puts DaeHan to sleep.

After putting Aiden to sleep, she takes her phone out and sees all the text messages she got from the members.

After replying to every one of them, she gets into bed, right next to her son and falls asleep.

The next morning came and Yumi and DaeHan head to the building where she was working on her designs.

Once she got there, she drops DaeHan off at the babysitting room, where she knows he'll be completely safe.

After a few hours, DaeHan starts to look for his umma and starts to cry.

The person that works there tries everything she could do but he doesn't stop crying so she decides to bring him to his umma.

Once DaeHan sees his umma, he stops crying.

Yumi also sees her son and runs to when he was being held by the babysitter.

"He was looking for his mommy." The babysitter says.

"Really?"

"Yes."

"DaeHan-ah, want to stay with umma?"

Hearing this, he starts to clap.

Yumi carries DaeHan to her computer and he sits in her lap and starts to suck his thumb.

Eventually, he falls asleep and Yumi lays him down onto the couch and covers him with a blanket.

After finishing her designing, she notices DaeHan is still asleep but doesn't want him to wake up and noting she wasn't there so she picks him not, being careful to not wake him up, brings her designs to the designer and she checks it off and tells her the designs will be done in a few weeks, and Yumi asks them to take pictures and put them into a book for her to keep, since she likes to keep everything she has designed.

With this, she heads back to the hotel with her son and manager and concludes the night.

A few weeks later, her designs and book are done, so she heads back home to Korea.

...

Once she got home to her house, she sits DaeHan down near the couch.

As she cuts the clothes into the washer, DaeHan successfully stands leaning onto the couch for support.

Seeing this, Yumi takes her phone out and takes a picture and sends it to her husband.

After a few weeks, Youngjae has finally came home from Japan, and both of the parents are trying to get their son to take his first steps in his life.

One day, while holding onto DaeHan's fingers, he takes his first few steps, which is caught on camera.

Yumi and Youngjae are happy that their son is growing up so fast. Soon their son would be running around their home playing hide and seek.
