First Dates

What would a first date look like with the ghouls, Papas, and Copia?                                                            Requested By: Nobody

Primo: 

    This Papa never really took much of a liking to going to fancy restaurants for a date, whether it be the first or tenth. In general, he is more of a stay-at-home type of guy. However, if he really likes someone, that's when he'll take them out. He'll ask them what their favorite restaurant is, and then surprise them with that as their date. If it does happen to be a fancy place, he'll mentally fight himself, saying "Do I like this person enough to risk my own sanity?" Eventually, when he does decide to take them, he has the time of his life. Awkward silence? No such thing. This Papa will talk as long as needed; you won't have to worry about trying to come up with things to talk about. He has that—and the bill—covered.

    Secondo: 

    Despite what you may think, this Papa is actually pretty laid back in terms of dates. He'll usually set something up on the church grounds, choosing what to do based on your interests. You like nature? The greenhouse is a perfect place. You're a book person? He'll get the ghouls to set up a cozy little corner in the library for you two. Everyone in the monastery will be threatened in order to keep the room clear. But the main reason for having the date so close to home is for the end goal. How convenient, his bed is right down the hall.

    Terzo:

    This Papa is big on his dates. He will do a deep dive on the internet in order to find the most lavish restaurant in town. Once he picks the location, he'll start pulling a few strings to make this the best date you've ever had. You'll arrive there blindfolded, him taking you by the hand and guiding you to the doors. This may be because he chose a somewhat illegal place, but we don't talk about that. Once your blindfold is taken off, you can't stop staring at the marvelous things around you. The restaurant is completely clear, roses and candles placed on each table. Terzo spends the entire time trying to impress you, already anticipating the next date.

    Copia:

    Oh, this poor man is panicking. After building up the courage to ask you out, he starts worrying right away. He takes counsel in his ghouls, who eventually tell him about a board game cafe nearby. It turns out that you had an absolute blast! It was unlike anything you had ever done before, and you enjoyed getting to get competitive with Copia. Luckily, he had fun too. He didn't have to worry about conversation, for it just naturally came up during the games. You eventually discover that he has never watched The Princess Bride, so y'all end up going back to the church to watch it but ended up falling asleep in each other's arms instead.

    Swiss: 

    All he wants is for you to be comfortable. He doesn't want you to stress about what to wear or how to act. He wants you to be yourself instead of behaving 'formally'. And so, this ghoul will take you to a place where you can't help but show your true colors: the beach! He brings a big blanket, setting it down in the perfect spot. He brings a basket full of mini sandwiches and drinks. You end up having the time of your life, and though it wasn't the usual first date, you couldn't have asked for anything less.

    Rain:

    The idea of him taking you out just casually popped up in conversation. This shy ghoul was surprisingly pretty smooth in the way he asked you out. Really, all he wants is to get to know you better. He doesn't click with people often, and when he does, it's hard to get them off his mind. He never really puts any action into it, but for you he did. He decided to simply take you on a walk through the church grounds. It was covered in nature, so it wouldn't end up being boring. Whenever conversation died down a bit, it wasn't awkward, for you both had the sights to blame for the silence.

    Aether:

    Honestly, this ghoul doesn't really go on dates. He always finds himself trapped with the ghouls, either bossing them around or being caught up in their shenanigans. However, he happened to get some time alone with you. You both giggled wildly as you drag him away from the loud bunch of ghouls. You had planned this for a while; you weren't going to wait any longer for him. You both liked each other and knew it. So, you entered the open area of grass, a red and white plaid blanket spread across the ground. His face lit up as he realized where you brought him, his eyes practically shining. You spend the rest of the night just talking, enjoying each other's company with great pleasure.

    Mountain:

    As an earth ghoul, he absolutely adores nature. Anything about the outside world draws him in. However, not many share this same interest with him. So, when he gets the chance to show someone his passion, he takes it. He takes you to the greenhouse, where fairy lights are set up overhead. A small area had been cleared out, a table taking the place of where a flower arrangement had been. A small candle was placed in the middle, emitting a warm glow. Each time you ask him questions, he answers them with amazing enthusiasm. No response from this ghoul was boring, your thoughts being occupied with his own the entire time. You found it cute how passionately he talked about everything.

    Sodo:

    With this ghoul, there's not really a talking or dating stage in your relationship. You'll end up with him when he's hanging out with the other ghouls, but besides that, the bed is what really sparks the fire. The closest thing you'll get to a date is a movie. I wish I could write more, but this is literally what I imagine with Sodo. Rarely ever will his relationships move past fucking, but maybe you'll be the lucky one?

    Cirrus:

    She'll be the one to take you to do something at a farm. For example, she'll take you to pick out some pumpkins. While there, you'll go on hayrides, participate in mazes, maybe feed the animals. The most important thing to her is securing the second date. Picking out pumpkins? You'll have to go back next week with her to carve them. Went in a maze? Well, it was boring out in the day! You'll have to go back during the night for more of a challenge!

    Cumulus:

    You'll never believe it- she has a dog! And you do too! What would be the harm in taking both of your furry companions out on a walk together? Conversation ensues between you two, and the only thing that makes you realize how long you've been walking is the panting of the dogs. Instead of ending the adventure, y'all find a dog friendly restaurant to hang out at. Although it wasn't a date, the conversations being had would beg to differ. Plus, your dog likes her! There's no better sign than that.

   Sunshine: 

    You like art? She'll take you to the finest art museum she can find. Is there a band that you love with your everything? She'll get tickets for their concert, which happens to be just a few minutes away. She will work complete miracles just for you to be happy with her. She believes in nothing if not that dates should be spent relaxed and enjoyed. If you were tense for even just a moment, she has failed in her duty as your future S/O.
