I'm tired and I am not delighted to see a horse again. I could barely sleep last night since the bed was so uncomfortable and I had alot of shit on my mind. The king was adamant that we leave the palace first thing in the morning, So we are. But we're not alone, the guy that brought me to the palace, Jungkook, is coming with us.

Jungkook was coming with us to protect us. Since the commander was busy doing his job and apparently Jungkook was the only other guy that had the skills to protect us, That's what the king said. We're heading towards the Eastern Kingdom if I'm not mistaken. I just hope it's better than here.

The journey was pretty uneventful, other than me asking to use the bathroom and finding out that we actually don't have toilets on our way. It should've been expected since everyone here seems to be from the stone age.

I had to go do my business behind a bush.

It was humiliating. The guys got a good laugh out of it though.

We reached the East Kingdom in about 8 hours on horses, excluding the 4 hour rest period. I don't want to sound whiny but everyone did not seem as tired as I was. My butt and back hurt from sitting on the horse and boy could I use some sleep right now, I haven't gotten a wink of sleep since I got here. The others didn't whine about the pain once, this lead me to think they do this way too often.

I was so tired that I did not give a second look to the castle as we walked in, although I'm sure it was beautiful. We were greeted with guards at the entrance, they stepped aside as soon as they saw the king.

He's using the face card too much. I mean I get it, if I had a face like then I would too but damn.

We continued onwards till we reached the courtroom. It was a bunch of turns and twists to get there, I couldn't bother remembering the way. A handsome looking guy sat on top of the throne, who I assumed was the king. He had a monotonous expression, although it didn't take away from him beauty. His aura radiated leadership, his presense alone made a statement. I could definitely see he was the King.

His entire demeanor shifted once he saw us though. His emotionless face suddenly turning bubbly and sweet as he started smiling widely. He seemed childlike now. Almost like the man I'd seen before was an illusion. his smile was boxy and contagious which lead me to involuntarily smile back. I was wrong, his beauty was incomparable when he was smiling, the monotonous expression did  take away from his beauty.

"Jimin." His smile got wider, if he was a puppy his tail would be wagging uncontrollably now. I was surprised to hear his voice be so deep and silky, like velvet. I don't think I'd ever heard a voice like that before. It was enchanting, almost.

"Taehyung. It's been a while, hasn't it?" The king smiled back. This time though, it seemed genuine. His eyes crinkled and his cheeks became a lot more prominent when he smiled. It was adorable. The opposite of how he smiled at me.

I suddenly felt like I was third wheeling. I cleared my throat. Jimin turned to look at me.

"I'm really tired. if you don't mind, can I rest for awhile?" I spoke in a small voice, still not sure if I was supposed to speak. Taehyung heard me though, he raised his head towards me.

"Oh my god. I am so sorry to keep a lady standing there like that. I have to make sure you're comfortable, I'm so sorry." He spoke loudly but with a softness to his voice. He gestured towards his guards to escort me to the guest wing.

"It's no worries." I smiled wider. "I'm glad you care so much about my comfort"

"Well, it's an unsaid rule. You're my guest after all. Though even if you weren't, I'd be ashamed to tyre of such a beauty."

Such a gentleman. I felt butterflies flutter in my stomach. He's so sweet. I would've hugged him right then and there, but a certain someone was burning holes in the side of my head. So I controlled myself, bowed to the both of them and started following the guards to the guest chambers.

Finally some rest.

"Halt!" Jimin's loud voice rung through the courtroom.

there goes my rest.

I turned around and looked at him, he stood there facing Taehyung. "We've come to discuss something important," He looked towards me. "You can rest when we've finished the discussion. Is that clear?" I nodded. Once again in dread of his duality, how can someone like him be considered worthy enough to handle a kingdom?

"Taehyung, I believe this lady to be from your kingdom." He sighed. "She claims otherwise but I don't trust her words. She acts inappropriate and didn't even know the name of her own kingdom."

"And I believe she has a name, Jimin. We don't tolerate disrespect towards women in our kingdom, unlike you." Taehyung spoke with a calm voice. " And She doesn't seem to be acting inaptly here. So I don't think I have any concerns regarding her behaviour." He looked towards me with pity in his eyes, then raised his head to look at Jimin. "Just because I consider you a friend does not give you the right to disregard my kingdom laws. Now, if we've cleared that up, I would be delighted to listen to your problem, if told in a respectful manner." Jimin cleared his throat and turned to look at me with fire in his eyes.

"I apologize for disregarding the laws of your kingdom. I've been quite stressed with the matter at hand." Jimin bowed as he apologised. "My men found Aurora at the edge of my kingdom borders, so they thought she was an intruder at first. They brought her to me, where I conversed with her and she told me she belonged to the kingdom of the east." He finished his sentence and stared at me as if daring me to correct him. I was too tired to care.

Taehyung could see the tension between Jimin and I. He spoke before either one of us could dare. "I doubt your speculation as I'm sure I would know if such a beautiful lady was living in my kingdom. I think it's better if we ask her instead." He turned to me.

"Tell me, Aurora, Do you belong to the east kingdom?"

I looked down and hesitated to tell him the truth. What if he thinks I'm crazy too?

"I don't know.. I don't remember." He nodded his head.

"Are you unwell? What is the last thing you remember?" He asked as if he was a doctor talking to a child, trying not to scare me off.

"I only remember waking up in a forest, nothing before that." My vision was slowly becoming blurry as my head started to fog up.

"I see." He stood up and walked towards me. "I think it's better to let you rest now. We've gotten enough answers out of you today and you seem quite tired." He stood infront of me and offered his hand to me, seeing me on the brink of fainting. I give him my hand and lower my head in gratitude.

"I.. I don't feel so well." I say before falling in his embrace and drifting into darkness.

Taehyung picks her up effortlessly and starts walking towards the guest quarters, when a voice stops him.

"You mustn't be tempted by her ways. She might turn out to be a witch, Tae." Taehyung turned his head to look at his childhood friend.

"Whatever interests me is none of your business. Don't meddle in my matters, Jimin." He sighed. "I'll be leaving now. I believe you know where you're supposed to sleep." Taehyung walked away from the scene.
