Bucky hated this secret. When it came to missions, he usually had no problem not sharing the details with Grace, mostly because when he wasn't on a mission he didn't want to think about the mission, and he didn't want to talk about the mission.
This time the secret was big and was connected to Grace and it's the fact that she knows it that makes it that much harder. She's going to have questions and when he doesn't answer them she's going to be upset. They just made up, he didn't want anymore problems between them.
The next morning, he debated just avoiding her, but he didn't want to do that. After what happened at his place last night, he was just hoping they could just focus on that and the continuous progression of their relationship.
When he walked into her apartment, he spotted a sleeping bag and a pillow and blanket neatly stacked in the living room. He quirked a brow wondering where everyone was. He headed down the hall, peeking inside of Trey's room to see the boy stuffing comic books, toys and his game boy into his bag. Bucky laughed before knocking at the door frame. Trey looked over to him.
"Oh, hey Bucky." he turned and zipped up his back pack and pulled it over his shoulder.
"You do know it's only for a night, you don't have to pack everything in your room." Bucky followed the boy to the living room where he sat the bag on the floor. "So you excited about your first camping trip."
"I mean yeah even though it's not really camping." Trey shrugged. "We're not going to be that far from the buildings."
"Yeah, but the camp grounds are far enough away that after a while you won't even realize you're not in the middle of the woods." Bucky laughed. "But close enough to make your mom feel comfortable with you spending the night away from her." he leaned in a bit. "So scale of one to ten, what level of crazy is she right now?"
"I heard that!" Grace walked into the room and Bucky just turned a sweet smile to her. "Trey did you find room in between those toys for a sweat shirt? In case you get cold."
"Um, I was just about to go grab it." he hurried off to his room.
Once he was gone, Bucky turned to Grace with a smile and she just laughed with a shake of her head before heading into the kitchen.
"So I was thinking...." Bucky followed behind her. "What if we skip the party and just stay in, dinner and a movie." Grace stopped and turned to him. "I just—after thinking about it, I really don't like people so a party probably wasn't the best idea."
"And you, me alone is a better idea?"
"Absolutely." he walked around to corner her, his hands sliding around her waist. "After last night, all I've thought about was spending time alone with you to finish what was rudely interrupted." he leaned in close to her. "Just when I was about to get a taste of you." he placed a kiss to her lips.
Grace smiled as she placed a hand on the side of his face. "I'm sorry to disappoint you but I have a dress that costs more than I care to think about, and I was looking forward to getting all dressed up, so we're going to that party."
She turned around to pour herself a cup of coffee, Bucky still close behind her. So he placed his hands on the counter trapping her between his arms, and brought his body so close to hers, his dick pressed against her ass. She stopped and turned her head."You're telling me, you'd rather be at a stuffy party with a bunch of people you don't know, than seeing the kind of trouble the two of us could get into."
He pushed up against her again, and she gasped, biting her lip to stop herself from moaning. She turned back to face him, that devilish smile on his face as he kept his body impossibly close to hers.
