Feeling Aonung hold me close to him makes me feel safe for a very odd reason. I like this warm feeling going through my whole body. My brothers are here, I'm just not ready to see their disappointed looks yet. I feel Aonung back a up just a tiny bit. He grabs my chin with his index finger and thumb. Looking up at him, he bends down to kiss me. "You have to do what's best for the family, he needs to be with someone of his kind." Tauri words ring through my head. I pull away.
He gives me a confused look, turning my glaze to my brother's. Tauri nods his head, looking back at Aonung. He stands up, "Baby what are you doing?" I stay silent for a moment. Feeling my heart breaking in two. "We can't be together Aonung." I hated how my voice cracked during that sentence. "What?" I look down at the ground. "I know you need to marry someone from your village and I know Neteyam has to do the same." Aonung grabs my arms, I look up at him. "You are apart of this village" his voice sounds so hurt.
"No, I'm not." "Y/n yes the fuck you are, my-my parent's are letting you stay." I turn to look at Calain. "No they didn't. They only said until we are ready to get back on our feet again." Aonung looks at Calain. "Than let me talk to my father" Calain stays silent. He looks at me and sighs. "You can talk him into letting us stay, but you won't be able to marry or mate with her." Aonung let's me go and heads towards Calain. "This is fucked up man, I love her and I'll be damned if
your going to tell me what I can and can't do with her." Calain steps closer to him, getting face to face with him. "You don't know what love is! Your only saying this just for some young romance bullshit. My word is final-" Calain looks at me. "You are not around those two fucking boys again!" My eyes widen, "But Calain-" "No! No damn it. My word is final!" The rain stops pouring. Aonung doesn't says another word, he storms out of the cave. Looking at Calain, "Let's go!" Calain and Tauri leaves the cave first. Alo looks up
At me, "You broke a rule Y/n." I look at Alo, "I didn't mean to it just happened, please forgive me Alo." Alo grabs my hand and start heading out of the cave. We head back to our hut. Calain lays down in his bed, pulling the blanket over him. He faces the wall so no one bothers him. I look at Tauri, he does the same as Calain. Alo let's my hand go. He walks over to our human stuff, he takes out a story book. I start reading the story book too him. He slowly falls asleep laying next to me. It takes me a moment before I finally decided to go to sleep.
