chapter 1 - kidnapped

North Denver, Colorado
1978

*bruce and vance had just gotten out of school*

*bruce began walking out of the door and started walking home*

*a black van pulls up next to him*

grabber: "hello! would you like to see a magic trick? i have a show tonight, im a magician!"

bruce: "uhm, sure!"

*the grabber pulled out balloons*
*bruces eyes widened as he was frozen in shock*
*the grabber put the balloons over bruce as he put a spray in bruces mouth*
*bruce loudly screamed*
grabber: "stupid kid."
— 20 minutes later —
*the grabber went down the stairs and threw him onto vance*

*vance woke up*
vance: "what the fuck?! youre just gonna walk in here and throw some random dude on me? what the fuck is wrong with you?"

grabber: "shut up."
*the grabber walked out and shut the door*

*vance pushed bruce onto the floor and layed back down*

*bruce woke up*
bruce: "who are you and where am i..?"

*vance turned to look at bruce*
vance: "why do you care?"

bruce: "because i literally just got kidnapped and we're in some kind of place together and i think i should know who you a- ARE YOU VANCE HOPPER??"

vance: "yeah i am, dickwad"

bruce: "damn, no need to be rude"

vance: "whatever. if youre gonna be stuck down here with me, youre gonna have to be strong and actually fucking help me get out"

bruce: "hell no, im not helping you, im helping myself and then maybe you."

vance: "fucking prick."

bruce: "i hate you."

vance: "and you think i dont hate you?"

*bruce collapsed back onto the mattress and covered his face with his hands*

vance: "the fuck is wrong with you?"

bruce: "nothing."

vance: "sure. whatever."
